The thing about a lot of lanklets is that they don’t even deserve their height. Their height is a unnatural byproduct of an unnatural chud environment that the government cause with all the hormones in food and plastics. In a natural world they would all probably be anywhere between 5’7”-5’11” but because their hormones were unnaturally changed by the environment during puberty it caused them to have disproportionate and unstable skeletal structures that make even the most basic of movements like squatting a chore for them.
True height chads like halfthor and Brian Shaw are naturally their height and their proportions are natural along with it.
No human in ancient history was built like a fucking pogo-stick and if they were they died out quick due to their untermensch bone structure. The only reason we see so many lanklets around today is because of society supporting them and sucking off their height.
That’s not to say tall chads didn’t exist in ancient times but they weren’t built like a pogo-stick

we've only just gotten back to the average height of humans from the paleolithic in the last 60 years or so.
The machine is fine if you don't pretend to be a dragon ball z character while using it.
i've got long ass legs that makes squatting extremely uncomfortable and frustrating as hell.
That machine is in my gym, it's actually great but I have no idea how he went StorkMode using it
Its a bit cramped for my liking. Much prefer hack squats
I deadlifted 185, 3 sets of 3. That's a personal record for me. I'm also making a lot of improvements on my walking lunges too which is cool. Also since I added the good girl/bad girl machine to my routine my old groin injury stopped bothering me. Leg day went well overall.

Most people I see using this at my gym are only training one leg at a time.
