Seems like i can buy it in a pharmacy. Is yohimbine extract different from yohimbine hydrochloride by dosage? Should i take 15mg half an hour before a workout? Considering im pretty resistant to stimulants.
I take yohimbine and Tribulus and Osterine and Cardarine. Every 2 weeks I cycle in ephedrine, caffeine and lower my yohimbine to 5mg instead of 10
That's yohimbe extract, an african tree, yohimbine is derived from that extract and also sold on it's own. Some effects overlap but they're not the same. I personally couldn't manage yohimbine, way too potent even at a low dosage, I was jittery and felt disgusting. Took pic rel.
Yes. Fantastic for weight loss. Don't take the whole pill or you'll feel like shit. If you have ED, yohimbe is great. This shit works. Again, don't take too much. Takes me 2-3 weeks to use 1 pill. Only supps I use to maintain abs are daily ACV + occasional Yohimbe.

Why apple cider vinegar? And I get good effects from yohimbine but have to take it after eating or it just makes me feel sick, like zinc.
I ran 20mg of yohimbine and 20mg of cardarine a day. Fricking works bud... if you do it the rigjt way.

Alpha yohimbine, aka rauwolscine is the superior compound. All of the fat burning and energy benefits, without the dirty stim, cracked out feeling. I'd highly recommend it for cutting - wake up, take it right away, then after 30 minutes do some LISS cardio, walking or spinbike. Then don't eat until lunch. I'm seeing amazing results, don't know if I'm just a strong responder or what but it feels like fat is melting off.
