    It's five servings, not five fruits/vegetables
    >80g of fresh, canned or frozen fruit and vegetables counts as 1 portion of your 5 A Day
    so basically you need to eat 2.4kg fruit and vegetables a day, which isn't too unreasonable. It'll cost maybe €5 a day (assuming variety and going for cheap options), though, and make up like half of your calorie intake.

    That's doable. It also prevents eating harmful things like meat, dairy and processed foods because you're stuffed all the time. It's also so calorically dilute you'll end up normal weight in no time without even trying. Also, don't juice. Sell your smoothie blender.

    Good start for the day is two carrots, big slice of cabbage, two clementines and a banana. That's 6 already.

    Lunch, 4 potatoes, carrot and slice of cabbage. 12.

    Dinner, 6 potatoes, 2 carrots, cabbage. 2 clementines, kiwi and banana for dessert. 24.

    Rest you can fill easily by snacking. And good luck trying to eat anything else.

    I just try to eat as many different colours as I can. At least 3 colours per meal. Its the best and easiest healthy diet advice I ever got so long as you don't try and game the system moronicly with like lollies and chocolate being a colour.

    I'm a scandinavian on vacation in greece and holy frick southrons have it so easy. Pieces of baked zucchini or tomato are more delicious than candy or meat, i ate like 5 servings of salad in one sitting, watermelons are delicious, they get real olive oil, etc
