For normies it is jacked and for natty builds def a good physique, you don't need to go further than that to be impressive to most women if they don't have a giant steroid gut fetish.
well to be fair... most people getting into something new take few years fucking around and when people say "one year of lifting" they mean going very strict and hard all year long and to be honest very few people are actually able to do that
>can look like this
Yeah sure in some cases, but that’s different from saying >will definitely look like this
Genetics, nutrition, sleep, programming, and stress outside of lifting all play a role
>If that's the case why do 99% of people (Gymbros who have been lifting for several years included) look worse than this?
They don't diet or track macros. This physique is obtainable natty in 1 year with proper knowledge of nutrition.
/thread.
He was on roids you fucking retards
Because he's like 5'4 and frauded
also this, he’s short which makes it easier.

His genetics are solid too. He was a junior karate champ or some shit like that. Which may seem retarded but coordination and conditioning absolutely matter
Show us then. You won’t. Every single time. What is wrong with people like you. You look like absolute dog shit but you still say shit like that. It’s incomprehensible. Not a single god damned time has a retard like you ever proven it’s possible by showing that they themselves have done it. Not once
There's no need to get upset. Some of us know how to train and diet, others don't.
Not saying he didn't use roids but:
1) He didn't gain 40 lbs, it was 30 lbs, or 2.5 lbs a month. That's not unreasonable for a new lifter.
2) lolololol you're a retard if you think that's 30 lbs of muscle. That's 5 lbs of water, 10 lbs of fat, 15 lbs of muscle AT BEST.

Rate current body and routine after 4-5 months lifting (6',187ib) having started with virtually zero muscle except huge calves for some reason. First two months might as well not count because I was pretty much only doing unweighted calisthenics with low volume and long rest periods. Cardio warmups and energy drinks before every workout too. Advice is appreciated.
What's wrong with my routine? I'm looking for specific feedback.
As for my body, I don't give a shit about aesthetics. I just want to get stronger and more athletic.
I don’t know where to start. It literally makes no sense and reads like you’re trolling. I mean seriously kegels?
Just do starting strength for a few months bro
as a beginner you really only should be doing bench squat dl and ohp with some arm and shoulder isolations. Maybe +1 wrist and +1 calf exercise at most.
Current body is alright but your routine is schizophrenic. You'd be making way better gains if you reorganized it properly and weren't doing insane shit like 8 pound kneeling lat pulldowns for 20 sets of 10 or putting shitloads of forearm work at the beginning of the day and ending it with farmers carries
I would have to drop many exercises or else I couldn't maintain proper volume + likely injure myself. Side bends and weighted planks put my back out of commission the next days, so there's no way I could combine them with squats and deadlifts for example.
>Rate current body >I don't give a shit about aesthetics
Excuse you bro?
Rate my progress more like. I stopped caring about aesthetics when I realized being confident & sociable + tall & lean is more important with women.

Omg why so many sets?
I did CrossFit in my noob phase and not even I did so much volume.
I love doing cardio so I've built up very high endurance.
Unironically scrap this whole program. This is garbage and is irredeemable as it is. I saw itt you saying that you wanted to chase athleticism and don't care how you look. If that's the case then you should be doing front squats, OHP, deadlifts, bench, barbell rows, pullups, and lunges as the core of your program. Each lift being done twice per week except for the deadlift. Add in a few strongman things like the farmers carries, isolation work for the biceps and tibialis anterior, a few rotation exercises, and some sprints and jumping and that's everything you'll need. Also stop doing shit like 20 sets of 8 and increase the intensity. Limit yourself to 3 or 4 sets per lift and actually try
I welcome your guys criticisms, but pls post bodies from the same time period of lifting + height so I know that you are legit.
>If that's the case then you should be doing front squats, OHP, deadlifts, bench, barbell rows, pullups, and lunges as the core of your program.
That sounds boring to be honest. Creating my own routine and slowly incorporating new exercises + increasing volume each week has made lifting fun.
Yes usually while watching TV, but sometimes I leave them for a rest day. The wrists have four different movements (extension, flexion, pronation, and supination) so it makes sense to isolate each movement
Or do the shaolin style sand/rice bucket exercise where you pierce the sand and rotate the wrist around, plus training with a gripper that you squeeze and hold isometrically to increase crushing/support grip strength.
The amount of people I see barely trying is embarrassing OP. Their 10th rep looks exactly like their 1st, they live on 5 hours of sleep, and they eat gummy worms for dinner some nights and then have the gall to wonder why they can't make any gains.
When you are younger you have more testosterone, HGH and IGF-1. So, it is easier to achieve a greater muscular development. Although, the sacrifices you have to make and the food intake required are not easy attainable by a teenager without parents already with knowledge of fitness.
People can't make themselves brush their teeth twice a day regularly.
Do you actually think that most people have the willpower to lift 3 times per week and track their calories/macros for at least a year?
I remember seeing this exact pic on myspace and thinking that this was actually jacked lol
For normies it is jacked and for natty builds def a good physique, you don't need to go further than that to be impressive to most women if they don't have a giant steroid gut fetish.
Straight up greco-roman physique.

Copium overload mate. That's easily achievable natty with a routine and a diet plan.
He put on 40 pounds of muscle in a year
>must be natural

That body is literally +4 years old lifting
is that a 4 years of lifting 50 times/year or 5+ times/week?
>If that's the case why do 99% of people (Gymbros who have been lifting for several years included) look worse than this?

Hmm that's very interesting. What does your physique look like? I'm just curious.
Zommers like being fake natty more then any other generation. So they say X body is attainable in a year to cover the tracks
>You can look like this with of gym"
And roids. You forgot the roids

Your routine is retarded and dogshit. I won’t flame your body because you’re a beginner but it’s not the best.

Don't forget weighted bear hugs and the fact that most of his routine is german volume training or crazier on every single lift
your pelvic floor ngmi
Kegels are great fuck off

Combine to 2 variants instead of 4 and repeat them twice a week. Exd1 chest
Exd2 legs. Simple as
I would have to drop many exercises or else I couldn't maintain proper volume + likely injure myself. Side bends and weighted planks put my back out of commission the next days, so there's no way I could combine them with squats and deadlifts for example.

please be fake
It's only 50ibs

You do 24 sets of wrist exercises?

ive been lifting for like 4 months and i think i can achieve this in <4 more months... especially if i were shorter
People can't make themselves brush their teeth twice a day regularly.
Do you actually think that most people have the willpower to lift 3 times per week and track their calories/macros for at least a year?
I have been pushing hard at the gym and eating right for a year and I do not look like that but I do look way better than I did
