On the upside I can hit 9 minuet miles and squat in the upper 300s, which is why I took my doctor's advice with a grain of salt when he had no idea if those were good or bad numbers. I should have just used highschool stats and said I can hit a mile in 7 for all the difference it made trying to explain that stuff
