I'm 6'2",189 lbs. skinnyfat and I work out every other day. anons have recommended i go on a bulk/cut cycle but i'm afraid of just getting fat again. i'm inexperienced so i don't want to frick up since i used to be a lard ass. I'm just trying to look like pic related

shit like this freaks me out because i don't know if it's a joke and i should be losing weight instead of trying to gain. anons have told me the exact opposite, that i was light for my height

No, you need to eat as much protein as you can palate and lift. Bulking is a fricking meme, especially "dirty" bulking.

I'm guessing "strong but poor diet" is a pretty common look for people who are not full burger king these days. On the upside I can hit 9 minuet miles and squat in the upper 300s, which is why I took my doctor's advice with a grain of salt when he had no idea if those were good or bad numbers. I should have just used highschool stats and said I can hit a mile in 7 for all the difference it made trying to explain that stuff

I think you need a better doctor, bro. What medical professional can’t grasp the concept that being able to run a mile in under 10 minutes at your weight is pretty good?

Don't try to use logic to understand this anon. Young women barely think most of the time. Their thoughts usually stop at "this will upgrade me" or "this is trash." Usually takes most women until their 30s to realize how stupid and crazy they've been and by then it's too late. They either cope hard or have a breakdown and have a kid with the first thing to have a dick that will accept her. If you find a young woman who doesn't think like what I've said, lock it down immediately. She's a golden catch. You'd be stupid to let that go when the alternatives are women who think getting ran through is cool and will act heartless because she's been turned into a quasi-sociopath by modern society

I weighed myself in the afternoon and came in at 44.75 kg (98.7 lbs)

I did so with the express purpose of comparing my consumer grade Tanita HR 545 against the "professional" Tanita DC 360 at the gym.

My Tanita has a hand grip. I.e. It sends an electric current through your arms AND legs, wheras the one at the gym merely shoots a current up your legs.

    Tanita HR 545:
    Weight: 44,75 kg
    Bf%: 9.4%
    Muscle mass: 38.45 kg
    Bone mass: 2.1 kg
    BMR: 1.196
    Body water: 69.1%

    Tanita DC 360:
    Weight: 45 kg
    Bf%: 3%
    Muscle mass: 41.4 kg
    Bone mass: 2.3 kg
    BMR: 1265 kcal
    Body water: 72.2%

I'm definitely closer to 10% tha bodyfat than 3%. But my own Tanita underestimates my BMR. I can eat myself out of house and home - and with that I'm getting myself another 1200 kcal of ice cream.

        Congestive heart failure.

It's not so bad. I managed to live for 27 years thinking the surgery was curative rather than palliative. I found out when I woke up with liver pain. Cirrhosis cardiaque. But that's not my greatest concern.

I was granted tismbux at 19 on the grounds of some half-baked psychiatric diagnosis, and people saw right through me - there was nothing wrong with anon beyond being a lazy manchild who thought the world owed him a living.
Overnight, I went from being seen as a pathetic loser to being seen as a courageous survivor fighting death. There are many roads to dignity, and one is multi-organ failure stemming from the long-term hemodynamic consequences of single ventricle palliation.
