i didn't have them 5 years ago, i do know, your back ain't static like your hips, you can make them wider by working out, same thing with the core, if you have hourglass as a male it's because you aren't working out your core
Wide delts will not get you as much width as wide lats imho.
You can either have narrow shoulders that end further out, or grow your back so wide it pushes your arms out so that even when relaxed, by your sides, your hands are away from your body.

I found this too. I started working lats hard this last year and I've gone from a skinny looking 6'1 to being much wider and looking about 5'9, proportionally.
My shoulders are much wider than before lifting, and made wider still by putting in a lot of back work this past year, but I'll never be as wide as OP.
Just not on the cards, genetically. But I mog my past self and my shoulder to waist ratio is more extreme than golden ratio suggests, so thats good enough for me

Your side delt muscle has nothing to do with having wide shoulders, you dyel.
Having large Lateral heads definitely adds to your width from the front. It won't change your frame, but it'll change how it looks
