About a year and a half ago I ate kebabs almost every day
One day I got a horrible illness after eating a kebab for dinner, it was horrible
I was shitting every 10 minutes
I felt like my body was freezing cold despite the fact I was in bed, with the heater on full blast, and wearing a thick jacket
And I would regularly get stomach pains that felt like I was being stabbed in the gut

    Lasted about a week
Since then I kinda don't really enjoy kebabs anymore
Not even 100% sure it was the kebab, but I'm traumatized now

              Ausgay here.

What you're both told about each others respective healthcare is more than likely bullshit.

Yes the NHS is inefficient but you're most likely going to get in quick if your condition is actually urgent.

Yes, getting treatment can be expensive in seppostan but low income individuals are covered by medicaid/medicare for urgent conditions and if you are employed more than likely your employer covers you.

Neither system is perfect but both generally work out for the most part

I had surgery and it cost me $5000 WITH insurance
It costs me $100 minimum every time I visit a doctor, and $70 for the medicine

Australia's health care system is pure shit
I wish people would stop pretending it was anything else
Yeah it's not like America's predatory system, but it's still absolutely overpriced and undersubsidised

                Anonymous

Yeah and if it was subsidized you'd probably be paying taxes for official abbo gas huffing programs, if not already. That kind of Healthcare only really works in small, all white countries and even then its expensive tax wise. Don't let those little homosexuals mess it up even more. It used to be much better.

They sell you basically half the cow at one time. Yes it's cheaper than your Walmart steaks 1 at a time and what not. Keep believing Publix, Walmart ect. has the cheapest everything. You don't think that a small business that specializes in one product with zero advertising expenses can compete. There marketing is genius and it makes you assume the product is always cheapest on Amazon.

          Anonymous

Also, I can tell you've never worked at a small biz because some of that money you get can perhaps be tax free. Your underpaid shit is false

Keep protesting on behalf of the international corporations though. Since we're in fit the cheapest gym I ever went to was also a small business. Just a small building with real weights and the necessary equipment

It just depends on the industry really. Used to work at a small factory making parts that the owner was able to sell for triple the cost to make. He only hired temps but paid well. It was also a horrible working environment doing 80 hour work weeks. Currently I'm at a large place that pays less but with full free healthcare. It mass produces products with a lot of competition.
The reality is that small places tend to be run by morons that got into a business with a low cost of entry and lots of competition. If they were making lots of money then it's likely they would expand into a large business

Literally any brick and mortar based business can have multiple locations. Whether the extra rent is worth paying depends on your actual business model.

its the opposite in my experience
shitty small businesses manage to stay afloat in rural areas because its the only thing around, whereas anything local in a big city has to compete with dozens of other things and only make it if their actually good

It has long been a business idea of mine to sanitize the kebab shop concept and sell to yuppies for twice the price. Gourmet kebabs with a nice interior, no minorities and meat that isn't questionable simply has to be a success.

It won't work, it's street food. People actually want a dingy shop with an old hairy immigrant, that's the experience. My country has a shawerma McDonalds-type chain and the food is fricking dogshit because it's all white teenagers cooking.

In fact, there's a local place that does just that, and they've expanded to four locations.
