time constraints, but more likely just laziness. A guy at my old gym used to show up to workout in his steel-toed boots and dirty work clothes, but he apparently had enough time to chat and give unsolicited advice to people.

It's never too late to turn it around, the fact that you were fit before it will help you heaps + muscle memory
You could spend the time/energy where you can't workout into researching the best possible exercises for your body and the perfect form for them, recipes ect

"workout" is a noun; you mean "work out".

Same here, working gives me mental fatigue, I always end up exhausted at the end of the day. Plus, my gym is overcrowded past 6pm.

Is there a reason that dirty moron didn’t change into some gym clothes or is it one of those staged picture things?

Imagine some moron benching in business casual instead of a t shirt and some shorts/sweats. That’s basically op’s pic

Again with these dyel zoomergays worried about everyone else. This guy's raw bench and bb row are probably 3x yours, kid. Now why do you suppose that is? You might want to spend less time worrying about your color-coordinated globohomosexual gym clothes.

I used to workout before work but since it was winter I would wear my work clothes and change at the gym and then change back... On more than one occasion I forgot the gym bag and the old people that were there working out too would tease me. It hurt my feelings

imagine caring about outfit in the gym, you're either a woman or extreme homosexual

Maybe forgot a change of clothes, got a sudden urge to workout, or he's on call and doesn't have time to frick around with changing out.
As long as he wiped down the bench when he finished, I don't see the problem.

my work is very physical so I get my fitness in then. I also work 14-15 hours a day, so there's barely any time to do anything except eat and sleep.

If your goal for working out is just working at your job then sure, otherwise you don't count in work as mobility/conditioning nor training.

I bet you look like shit and based on what you said you have a shitty life and don't have a gf. Take a day off and reevaluate your life. I was just like you at one point and a career change was the best thing I ever did.

I work typically between 8:30 and 4:30, but I have 3 kids and I make sure to spend a lot of time with them when I'm done working. I usually don't get to the gym until they're in bed, so 9 PM or later. Tonight I didn't get out there until midnight, but I don't have to get up so early tomorrow.

I workout at work. My building has a decent gym in the basement that literally nobody else uses. I just blast my boomer tunes and spend the morning down there. My field is separate from everyone else in the building so nobody knows what O should be doing and my supervisor doesn’t even work in the same building so I usually work for 30-45 minutes a day and the rest is spent in the gym or I go to the mall nearby and window shop/check out the local hotties.

tried every possible combination and the best one so far is 3 hours after work. I come home at around 17:30, eat something small and work out 3 hours later. I am used to it so no problems going to bed 2 hours after my workout but I can imagine not everyone is able to do that.
