You guys ever notice how these insane lift videos are always using the same "standard barbell" weights? What fricking gym has those. Every gym I've been to has commercial gym plates or rogue/nautilus/eleiko/etc plates.
I'm not accusing them of using fake weights, but it makes me suspicious as frick.

My gym has exactly one of those plates
It's the only one without handles and sometimes I find it while loading some random piece of equipment since it never gets put back in the same spot, it's like drawing a joker card

even if she did comparing yourself to others is not healthy and a cheap ticket to depression. you should instead compare yourself to how you were yesterday - take selfies of your body weekly/monthly, weigh yourself daily and track your lifts.

Her bench is more impressive imo. She has a vid of 135x17 reps. And she said she has only been lifting since September. A lot of adult woman can barely bench 1pl8 for a few reps after years of training.

Shes a troony and on roids, or not a troony and on even more roids. Thats physically impossible for a 13 year old girl unless she just happens to be bred by 2 people who happen to have Viking Berserker genetics going back several generations.

homie you probably didnt play enough sports in school to make it to the weight room to see the freaks few young athletes can be. If your standard for strength is the people you see in commercial gyms then youre setting your sights too low. Proper genetic freaks will never make it to your planet fitness

it's called having top .1% genetics dude, if you're in sports for long enough, you run into people who are just freaks

I've known a few in my life, and once you see that shit, you realize genetics obliterates hard work most of the time, is what it is

You’re delusional if you think people who get into that mindset aren’t roiding and doing hormonal shit very early on. My friends bodybuilder dad tried injecting him with HGH from age 11, it made him sick and he is not into fitness at all so he stopped it but if he actually had interest he would have looked like an obscene monster by 14 and morons like you would be trying to defend it as reasonable

you're delusional if you think 1 out of every 100,000 girls isn't similarly strong to her while being fully natty

normally, they're star athletes in other sports, and get a full ride to be a D1 athlete somewhere

this girl just happened to be involved in competitive powerlifting, it's that simple

side note, *EVEN IF* she is on PEDs, these numbers are still absolutely insane, and the reality is her exceptional genetics matter way more than SARMs, anavar etc

as a follow up, here is a reminder of what someone w/ similar genetics to this girl is capable of:
                https://www.swimming.org/masters/swim-training-eddie-beast-hall/

Eddie Hall, prior to strength training, was a freak swimmer, and likely could've competed internationally, based mostly on the fact that at age 13, he was, get this.....freakishly strong

"By his teenage years, Eddie’s sporting talents had already taken him to the very top of British age group swimming.

At the ASA National Age Group Championships in 2001, he won gold in the 13yrs 50m, 100m, 400m and 1500m freestyle and silver in the 200m. “That was a walkway moment where you realise training can pay off and you can achieve great things. That set me for life, I think,” he said.

A year later Eddie won gold in the 14yrs 400m and 1500m, silver in the 100m and was fourth in the 200m. In the 30-length race, he shared the podium with Dan Fogg, the 14yrs bronze medallist, who went on to make the London 2012 Olympic 1500m final."

                >all this for some roid troony cope

Hey pal, you just blow in from stupid town? The point is that a small child doing absurd levels of weight is more likely to be pinning than to have .0001% tier genetics just in terms of sheer numbera

.0001% is an exaggeration, no idea what her weight is but there are existing records in that ball park for sub junior females. Also she just competed in what looks like a tested federation. Not defending the kid specifically just that some people are just freaks

yeah this a moronic point, reality is even w/ copious PEDs the average 13 yr old girl wouldn't be anywhere near this, she's a genetic phenom regardless, and genetics (not PEDs) would be the limiting factor here, not really a debatable point

I won a national sports championship when I was 16 and was a D1 athlete in college, I have excellent genes but have seen people with true Olympic caliber freak genes, and guess what they're unbelievable with or without any PEDs involved

you all probably have to cope "it's all drugs!" to avoid confronting your biological inferiority....I feel bad for you (not really lol)

You could have the best genetics on the entire planet and have trained for 10+ years and you will get mogged by a roid troony tren user within 18 months of them starting lifts. This is all verified numbers by the way, not conjecture. But I’m sure it’s all just routine and hard work bro LOL. I’m sure if someone had slightly better genetics and switched up their diet that would make all the difference not the bull testosterone feeding into their bloodstream lol

this just isn't true, Ronnie Coleman, who probably had the best genetics on the planet, mogged the shit out of guys on steroids while natty, both as a powerlifter and a bodybuilder

someone with 50th percentile genetics using insane doses of drugs will get destroyed, everytime, by someone with 99th percentile genetics training natty

this is the reason pro athletes are born and trained, as opposed to drugged into existence, your obsession with gear is quite baffling

                Anonymous

Wrong, and you will be able to find exactly zero legitimate studies which support your moronic statement. The right gear will accelerate muscle growth and development far beyond any natural human capabilities. Yes some roiders are morons and still look like shit, but half the time this comes down to them pinning wrong as much as it comes down to them working out wrong and doing everything wrong because they’re probably just morons in general. Also, Ronnie Coleman was roiding much earlier than he publicly claims (obviously). Getting tired of this meme

              good morning, I love women

If you think a girl with less testosterone than the most onions of basedboys could reach a 200 bench in under a year then you’re worse than gullible. CJ Cummings is a genetic freak front squatting 405 at 14yo and Clarence Kennedy was a genetic freak and back squatted 585 at 18yo, all impressive for their age but not competitive on the international scale; so benching a super competitive 200 as a girl with a lean physique who hasn’t even finished growing breasts yet is a big red flag.
