Number 6 on some more recent list with Canadian data is apparently euthanasia, but you might want to confirm that for yourself.
Maybe they labelled offing oneself as it's own category, or something; where they possibly were part of that #1 category before.
Schizos were probably prodding government to explain the exact statistic you're referencing there.

This, America has been marking allot of deaths as unknown too because they get paid more if a "covid" death happens at the hospitals rather than a regular one so there is huge incentives for all parties involved to suddenly start scratching their heads about why and how these people die but the hospital will mark the shit down as covid for the cheque

I eat pretty clean on a consistent basis, but will have some slop once in a blue moon. Actually had some Rotton Ronnie's today, but won't do fast food more more once every few months on average.
My major guilty cheat during the summer is beer and gin and tonics (homosexual, am I right?), so I'm cheating often as of late.

    >canadian study
    >be canadian
    >do study on the positives on ocean pasture restoration which could reverse damage done by climate change and restore salmon populations
    >entire process is incredibly cheap, all you need it a couple boats to dump iron and calcium into the ocean which causes algae blooms, which as a result feed the food chain
    >local small scale tests show extremely positive results with salmon hauls in that area yielding the highest in history
    >the best part is, again, that it is extremely cheap, and can reduce global carbon in the atmosphere by promoting algae blooms, which absorb carbon to grow, and produce more oxygen than every forest on earth
    >one day chilling in office happily doing research getting ready to publish findings and data to support hypothesis
    >canadian SWAT storm the office and arrest everyone using a warrant issued by a justice of the peace located in a town far to the north of BC and not a federal judge
    >destroy all data relevant to the study and shut down the entire operation
    >warrant was entirely illegal and the SWAT attempted to confiscate everyone's phones immediately to prevent information leak, but one of the researchers had already called his attorney of 30 years, which essentially forced the officers to stand down and release everyone (but still destroyed all research data)

Silly goy, fixing climate change requires billions of tax dollars, shipping industry overseas, raising taxes and funding "clean" energy industries.

Climate change is like obesity and charities for poor frickers in Asia and Africa. It's too profitable to actually fix and even if you did fix it the people behind such groups would be out of a job.

It's so stupid dog, and you'd think if someone was just cheating on the diet they'd just go to mcdonalds and get a single cheeseburger, but most cheat meals are massive feasts because you people are fricking hungry from starving yourselves. Then your girlfriend dumps you because you get fired for being hangry all the time, then you get fat.

I didn't but I likely will tomorrow solely because I have been working hard and without explination have not lost but actually gained fat recently, not even weight, fat. Second thats for hyperthyroidism, I likely have hypothyroidism or ascites or something else and until I consult a doctor I really wont know and at this point I'm not sure I can bring myself to care after 3 months of eating safe I deserve one cheat day for all my pain.

  17. 2 years ago
    Anonymous

Nope. I do "eating what I want". Which means choosing foods that fit my goals and make me feel good.

When I'm tempted by junk like pizza, burgers, donut, I acknowledge how that food will make me feel and decide whether or not it's worth it. Most of the time its not. Sometimes it is.

I'm not spending my time on this earth feeling deprived. I make mindful choices. Feels more empowering than a restriction, and it works better for me. You tell me i CANT have cookies and goddamn I'll want the whole bag

Nah, I've wanted to try it though. I like recreating fast food shit once in a while, but you don't really get the goysloppy taste when you make it yourself.

I have been cooking with MSG for a couple months now. It's nice because you can make boring boiled shit taste like rich stew. Although I'm very conservative with the dosing. I use 2-3g when cooking for the whole week.

Of course "cheat meals" are linked to eating disorders because the people who have eating disorders are much more likely to consider a meal a "cheat meal". Modern science is a mistake.

The frick is a young adult? Teenager? They eat what their parents feed them. Fat parents = fat kids. That said every adult I've met that talks about "cheat meals" is fat. My idea of a "cheat meal" is that I eat a plate of what my in-laws serve without complaint. One meal off diet won't hurt. There's no reason to go out of your way to go off your diet though. Why frick up something that works?

The problem is not the “cheat, it’s the mindset. If you want a diet you can stick with for a very long time, you need to make it something that you personally can feel stable with. You can indulge responsibly, and you can plan for when you’ll do it. Planning to indulge irresponsibly is the problem. If you want to be a bread-free person for the rest of your life, but you love bread, eat bread. Eat less bread than you really want to, and eat it infrequently. You’ll eat way less bread that way than going ZERO bread for a month and then abandoning the diet and eating way too much bread for the rest of eternity.

I think cheat days were probably made by bodybuilders for bodybuilders, people that have a strong discipline and determination, a cheat day won't frick them up because they care more about achieving aesthetics. It's not for the average person trying to lose weight that has to already fight urges constantly, it made me become a binge eater a few years ago, it's difficult to just do it one time a week, after you cheat it's all you're thinking about, and you'll eat even more to feel better the next time, and start doing it every other day. Abstaining and then eating it all at once is like taking drugs, once the flood gates are open it becomes a nightmare to fight that urge.

Just fit whatever you want to eat into your calories & make the judgement weather you want to be hungry for the rest of the day or stick to healthy stuff.
