Are you actually so moronic that you trim your eyebrows?
If you went to a place that actually does eyebrow correction for men, you would realize that they just remove stray hairs and clean it up so the natural shape comes out better. They would never actually trim your eyebrows, the only person I’ve seen with trimmed eyebrows was an autistic homosexual.

No I don't trim my eyebrows but I don't have a scraggy monobrow like nosecel anon does
You think you're redpilled just because you happen to be on a modern diet fad bandwagon which you probably found on youtube or instagram?
You're going to die young and sick. Humans are omnivores and that's just the way it is, if you don't want to accept that fact then that makes it a particularly bitter redpill for you.
Nah, humans are herbivores. We can deal with some animal consumption but nothing in our physique or metabolism works well with it >inb4 muh acidic stomach
rabbits have even more acidic but you go ahead and eat roadkills if you believe we are carrions

it's been a longtime since i was in high school, but what i remember is that we are not very efficient at digesting vegetables, a part of the nutrients passes right through and that herbivores have different teeth structures

Your only schooling in biology seems to be carnivore diet shills on youtube lol. Or you're mentally ill and really think your teeth are like cat has.
Compared to neanderthals, humans have up to 10x, though normally 3-5x, as many copies of the gene for amylase, the starch-digesting enzyme. Imagine thinking that this is a coincidence. >Modern humans differ from other primates, and even other species of early humans, in how many copies of the AMY genes we have. Unlike Neanderthals and Denisovans, who had only two diploid copies, we carry up to 20 copies of the AMY1 gene, which produces salivary amylase. >In fact, there is evidence that this gene was strongly selected for as early as the middle Pleistocene, when modern humans emerged (Inchley et al., 2016). This may suggest that our lineage has evolved specific adaptations to digest starch-rich foods, underlining the long and continuing importance of these staples in our diet (Hardy et al., 2015). >A similar pattern is found in wolves and their domesticated counterpart, the dog. While wolves only have two diploid copies of the amylase gene, dogs can have many, and they also have higher levels of amylase expression and activity in their pancreas (Axelsson et al., 2013). As wolves became dogs, their behavior and appearance changed, but they also adapted to a new source of food that was rich in starch: human food scraps
Pizza bread >the dough
600g spelt flour
1 cube yeast
1 table spoon salt
1 tea spoon sugar
300-400ml warm water >tomato sauce
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon sugar
oregano
chili powder or hot sauce
1-2 pieces of garlic
not him but it makes sugar makes the yeast produce co2 faster so faster rising times there's a lot of salt that recipe too which kills the yeast and makes the bread more glutenous. So by that ratio it's fast rise and durable but not fluffy. Which are quality you want in a pizza dough even the most hard elastic dough will shape easily through pulling and gravity and rotating it.
Greek salad. Cucumber, red onion (soaked in ice water to take the edge off), tomatoes, red bell pepper, feta cheese, and basil. And then dress with olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. God-tier cutting food, fills you up, is healthy and has some protons due to dat dere feta cheese.
Thick lentil soup >lentils >potatos >carrots >onion >chonk of spinach >vinegar, msg, salt, curry powder + chili
Soak lentils for an hour, toss soaking water, put in fresh water, set to boil, dice veggies, toss in spinach and veggies, toss in spices, set to simmer until reduced.
Eat as is or put on rice or pasta. Good even cold.

Why? The yeast can decompose the carbohydrates in the flour, does it just go faster?
