        keto with like <15g of fat

        PSMF, DNP(overdose intentionally, but run the anti-overdose stack) ECA Stack, as much cardio as possible

        thats for muscle sparing

        none sparing just fast and walk 15 hours a day

    Get sick. I’ve fasted and worked out but never have I lost weight as fast as I did when I had Covid and laid in bed for three days. I don’t know what was going on inside my body but after half a week I felt like I’d lost 15 pounds.

      When I got covid it lasted 14 days and I fasted for 8 of them. It was brutal.

    If I'm going five days drink as much water as you feel, probably or than necessary but it don't matter if you're gonna commit to zero cal deficit+autophagy

    4 eggs in the morning, thunasalad for lunch and cottage cheese in the evening
    Together with alot of water, light cardio in the morning and weight lifting with 70-80% of your normal lifts.
