      ignorant.
      give me 1 reason why.

Philosophy and philosophers is for and are gays. The only true literature is poetry. Those who can’t write poetry write short stories those who can’t write short stories write full novels those who can’t write at all get into philosophy. Look into poems before it’s too late. Everything is poetry.

nietzsche's writings were as poetic as they get.
gays are people who hold on to such extreme, idiotic opinions.

He's right in that his convictions about humanity and history heeded the least to any spooks of morality or preconceived notion such as good or evil
but thats exactly why hes such a fricking loser
all he ever had was opinions
He was able to see through all the filters and lenses which people in modern society necessarily bare in order to operate, creating the idea of an ubermensch free of all such fetters
but in the face of that vision, he lived the pathetic life of a incel academic and never came close to living the standard he set for the rest of humanity
And for that reason, I'm out.

          >the standard he set for the rest of humanity
that's quite literally the exact opposite of his philosophy, and so is using his own life as argument against his philosophy.
he never meant to be a role model, and he definitely never meant to set any sort of standard, literally the opposite, he wanted to destroy EVERY single standard that held people back.
Just by the idea of eternal recurrence he is already worth reading. Take the standard set by the bible. Every christian must follow the bible regardless if they believe, if they agree, if they enjoy it or not. For christians, the bible says if one lives a good or a bad life.
Nietzsche said frick to that, instead, he claimed that only LIFE itself should say wether one lives a good or a bad life.
And the way to realize that is the ideal of eternal recurrance, to live your life, to the extent that is possible, in a manner that you would be extremely happy to re-live your life exactly as it was over and over again for infinity.
If that is not IST I don't know what is, after all, no one would want to live 5000 times a life of being a sedentary disgusting fat blob of a human being, living for nothing but the next dopamine hit in 5 minutes, but most would gladly live again a life where one fought for what he believed in, who knew life was hard and unfair and still decided to make the best out of it, that struggled with pride to later reap the rewards.

            >he wanted to destroy EVERY single standard that held people back.
            >creates the standard of eternal recurrence
not saying his philosophy is wrong, I literally said it was right in my original post
Im not using his life as an argument against his philosophy, Im using it as a criticism of his merit. Something tells me that Nietzsche would not be satisfied living the life he led ad infinitum.

              >Something tells me that Nietzsche would not be satisfied living the life he led ad infinitum.
              wut?
anyways, he knew life was shit but again, the idea is to accept life as it is and try and make the best out of it.
there is no life without pain and suffering, but whenever possible act in such a way.
this is why criticizing the ubermensch because it's unachiavable is moronic, of course it is not, that's not the point, the point is trying, is pursuing it.

Based. All philosofrickery ultimately comes down to practicing what you preach. The ascendantly enlightenment philosoBlack person is no better than the heroin addicted junkie if all he does is live in his head and using his own substances to cope with his unfulfilling life.

Because lifting stems from a slavementality. "Oh you wanna get big and strong so the master will let you have a girlfriend?"

Lifting is high culture. Why do you think the Greeks didn’t let slaves train in the gymnasiums?

Reading philosophy is more about thinking about the thought experiments that they introduced rather than specifically living out your life under their mantra, in fact that's a pretty specific point that Nietzsche makes about how many values are created by the discipline of masters upon slaves then subversion when slaves conquer their masters, and in reality to break from that mentality people should forge their own values and that's a fundamental part of how the over man is produced.

Philosophising with your friends is fine. Mulling things over in your head is fine. Reading the autistic peawienering of some bohemian loser and learning to regurgitate it without forming your own opinion on the subject is moronic and gay.
90% of ALL philosophy discussion is just tryhards competing with each other about who memorized what better.
