    it was always 1g per KG of bodyweight
    Supplement israelites changed this to 1g per lbs of body weight to sell more product. every study has shown there's no benefit beyond 1g per 0.6lbs of body weight

    The body can absorb between 8~10g protein per hour. Given that overall digestion is slower when you eat it with fats you should have 4 meal per day á 50g protein with enough room for protein snacks inbetween. This is ofc only counting animal protein and being within you TDEE.

    Do i really need to take in 459 grams of protein like the sticky suggests since im at 310lbs and the target caloric intake is 2379 to cut mass?

      Not sure on your maths, but general reccomendations are 1 gram, per lb of bodyweight. But you can also aim for 1 gram per lb of lean body weight.

    Nose-to-tail makes no sense. You'd overdose on micronutrients if you consumed it daily, or even weekly, and all of the nutrients the human body needs can be found in ruminant meat and eggs. The only difference from paleo times and now is that our water sources are poisoned and we use synthetic materials, so to counteract these environmental toxins, dosing with at least 12mg+ a day of iodine will give you the basic ability to recover from these crippling poisons. Those pushing for anything more are just searching for a way out of Iodine deficiency.
