50 is a dumb fricking number simply because the amount of calories per maintenance varies greatly even if you do the same exact workout everyday. Somedays you might pour more sweat into it than others. How are you going to calculate this? This is why 200+ is a good all around number.

Not to mention the FDA allows calorie labels to vary by up to 20%.

Outside of learning proper form, I don't watch fitness youtubers unless they were former fatties, if some fat piece of shit can get shredded, I have no excuse

What the frick? Well good thing I keep track of my weight by measurement, but this does make TDEE estimation difficult.

This is something that always needs to be brought up when people talk about doing extremely small bulks and cuts. You can count calories based on the labels perfectly but you can still easily be over/under 150 calories or more just because of label inaccuracies.

He mentions this repeatedly. He doesn't literally mean eat 50 calories over maintenance since thats obviously impossible. He means eat just enough so the scale barely goes up over the course of time. And if you have super low body fat he says you should bulk.

Don’t listen to this homosexual he makes a living off preaching false doctrine to illiterate obese middle aged morons it’s really sad

As a natty it’s optimal to be in a caloric surplus for muscle growth. Maingaining is a meme

Taking training advice from roiders is one thing, but taking nutrition advice from them is next level stupid.

how does one dial in calories to the point where it's feasible to eat +50cal per day? If maintenance is around 3k we're talking about eating at 1.6% over maintenance (1.016). This is not a realistic margin of error even for autismo maximos

He's a moron but in this case he's right

        He's right

Your TDEE calculator is a guess of what you have to consume, not completely accurate. If you literally jog/run half a mile you already burned 50 calories. So if you do some unexpected physical labor, your gains are already shit on.
Naturals need to be in a 300 cal surplus MINIMUM, the TDEE is like a dexa scan, it's an estimate, it is far too complex to actually know for sure.

50 is a small enough amount that fidgeting, the thermogenic effect of food or small inacuraccies in your measurements could tip it off. Theory is different from practice.
Also the chipmunk manlet is easily the worst fitness personality on youtube, at least follow someone decent if youre gonna be a massive flaming homosexual.

Other than his screechy voice, and his rat-like facial expression, I realized it's his eyes that are extremely disturbing. You see with normal human beings, we use the white part of the eyes to know where someone is looking at, even with Asians you can kinda tell. He doesn't have that. He has those weird bug-like full on black eyes which makes him look inhuman.

He is right just slowly go up in weight. You have to make small changes and I do it with one meal only out of the 6. If i want to cut I eat 60g oats instead of 100g
