    I intentionally leave out a pack of cookies,a bag of chips, a pack of crackers and a bar of chocolates on the counter and keep 2 cokes and 2 beers in my fridge so whenever I walk in the kitchen and open the fridge I constantly see them
    not as a reminder but as a test of will
    I look at them and I imagine myself chowing down like a fat piece of shit and all that sugar and carbs, I imagine the taste, I even catch myself trying to convince myself that just one bite won't hurt
    one cookie won't hurt
    surely I can fit 1 coke in my allocated calories today
    then I slap myself and scream at myself
