Your DNA defines 100% of your life.

It's not just the entire dating bullshit. Your DNA defines EVERYTHING you are and ever will be. I have met a couple of identical twins and both of them were always 100% the same. Equally attractive, equally popular, equally successful at work. Sure in some cases there are differences in identical twins. I.e. if one of them gets hit by a truck then obviously it will affect his life and his psyche and he may develop differently afterwards. But obviously if the same truck had hit the other twin then he would have developed the same way.

So yes the place you grow up in, people you meet and events you encounter also play a role but how you react to those things is defined by your DNA so in the end there is nothing you could be at this point other than what you are at this point.

Your life is defined by two kinds of things:
- Things you can't change
- Random shit

You literally have no control over it. You may think: "I can change things i.e. I can go to the gym" but the truth is if your DNA and the software in your brain don't want you to go to the gym then you won't want it enough to do it. The truth is you have zero impact on your own life.

Does anyone here seriously believe that there is anything other than DNA defining who you are?

Yeah but don't you know about epigenetics?

Epigenetics is bullshit, especially since we're literally identifying the genes for a variety of psychological phenomena - low-repeat MAO-A and interpersonal violence, for example

Yeah DNA matters but if we took your exact genetic makeup and made a duplicate you in another country, chances are he wouldn't be wasting his life on a indonesian basket weaving forum making shit tier blackpill posts as an excuse to not do shit with their life. Yes, things in life are random and there is a lot that you can't choose, but you have so much more control over the world than you realize, just don't be an idiot and maybe reassess your life goals.

You're such an I ssuferable homosexual, and it's got nothing to do with your DNA unless homosexual runs in the family.

I am so sorry, OP. By the way, when is the release date of your new novel:

Yeah, if you're a fricking homosexual weak b***h, that's true. But if you have the guts to take some trenstone vitamins, you can change your fate.

Nature vs nurture is a widely studied in the medical field and you are by consensus wrong. DNA only has so much relation to your behavior and a large part of who you are and how you act is determined by past experiences.

Around 50% of varience of all your personality traits is determined by genetics (bit less for some bit more for others, exact numbers don't matter, imoprtant thing is that even your personality is pre determined for a good part)

All I care about is getting stronger and not killing myself. If I didn't lift I would be weaker, and probably kill my self.

Your genetics are very important. Identical Twins separated at birth and raised by different parents turn out remarkably similar by their 30th birthday.

    >ou may think: "I can change things i.e. I can go to the gym"
This is true. The results anyone gets from working out is literally 99% genetics and 1% training/eating/sleeping/"supplements".

If you train properly, eat enough calories and protein, and lie on a bed for about 8 hours (things that 50 IQ black people can do) and you are still DYEL after 2 years, then you should either accept you will never make it and just workout for fun/health and divert your obsessive autistic energy into some other more productive hobby.

Or you can do what many frustrated geneticlets in denial do which is trying lots of different routines and diets and supplements for the next 10 years hoping to discover and unlock the secret to massive muscle gains, and still end up looking the same, or go on steroids so you can look like a natural with good genetics and shorten your lifespan an indeterminate amount.

    >I have met a couple of identical twins and both of them were always 100% the same.
How old are you? Identical twins often don't look the same. I know a pair where one is gay and the other isn't. I know a pair where one is a fat ugly slob and the other is jacked and handsome. DNA can screw you over and limit your potential but for the vast majority of people realizing that potential will still place you in the top 5%.

The thing is not to be better than everybody else, it's to be the better version of yourself.

You can go to the gym, will you become the next mr olympia ? Perhaps, perhaps not, who cares ? You come to the gym to enchanced your life.
If the better version of yourself is the next mr olympia it would be great, but the greater victory is about yourself. Can you bit the ods ? Can you win over yourself ? I have seen veterans with arms or legs left in the battlefield still trainning, old people or disabled still grinding too. What your fricking excuse ? Your chest is to small to do bench ? My calvs are not make the same has other ? You have none.

That'd absolutely moronic and incorrect. There are plenty of studies about twins who were separated at birth and a lot of them lead completely different lives and have completely different personalities. You absolutely can change your mentality and the way you perceive the world through your experiences and choices. Obviously you're stuck with the body you have but you can still improve it to the best of your ability.

If they’re different it’s because of RNG, not a conscious choice. Also even estranged identical twins tend to have svery similar lives

Yah dog it’s pretty clear we don’t have freewill from a metaphysics pov but we definitely have free will from a personal pov, it depends what you define the self and the system as.
