I planned out half a year of habit building. So the first week I will begin with 5 minutes of meditation when I wake up, then ten the next week, then 15 and so on. I planned out building habits this way, from 5 minutes on up, all the way to July. Then I ran out of habits I wanted to build. So hopefully by July, I'll be doing all the habits I wanted to build (cleaning, yard work, meditating, reading, etc. all built from five minutes added each week). I'm doing this because I think that it's the getting started that needs to be worked on. If I can make the getting started automatic, I can do it.

honestly getting rid of that feeling that I'm not good enough, it's starting to affect me in a bad way. I don't feel like I do enough. I mean I have been going to the gym for a year and starting to make friends there, but no matter what, I don't feel proud for what I'm doing.

I've already started new hobbies besides the gym like cycling, drawing, reading and learning a new language but there's still that feeling that it's not enough.

the constant feeling of not being enough has slowly developed into anxiety and affected my reading and will to get out of bed. the only thing I want this new year is for everyone here to reach their personal goals.

i've been sedentary for years. 2023 is the year i'm going to get my shit in order.

i already kickstarted a low-stress exercise routine. the goal is to walk a mile a day and get in some cardio, but i'm being a bit lenient for now. i'm currently logging my food intake without making drastic changes yet, but i'm going to eat cleaner. i'm going to get a job and get a gym membership. i'm going to take more risks and let opportunities in. i'm going my sleep schedule in order. i'm going to move out of this basement and be the boss of my own domain. i'm going to grow the frick up.
