        Everything from smaller goals to bigger. Like beating new push up PR or beating my old running time PR. But also getting out of my comfort zone, saving money, manage my job, stay sober, flirting with woman, not be a pussy if someone try to punk me, self-improvement etc.

        Long term goal or dream is to save enough money to buy fertile land where the sun shines most of the year, stuff is cheap and people are friendly. There I will build a resident and start growing stuff and have animals. The goal is to be as selfsuficient as possible, but some things I would most likely have to buy or trade for.

        Anyways, it's more if a dream rather than a goal. What are yours?

            Once you have the problem written down it's halfed solved. The spring is starting now, enjoy it. Take jogs and walks in nature without the smartphone. Also, this is best time to try to hit on females. I dont know why but spring makes women horny/looking for love. Dont ask me why just trust me.

            What do YOU mean when you say "not being a pussy"? The only real way is to keep pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, slowly and step by step. If you are shy or have social anxiety then the best solution is to just expose yourself to those situations. Try as much as you can and dont let it get to you when you fail and try again. Walk up to random females and talk, if someone tries to punk you then just punch them in the face. Dont worry, if he beats you back it dosent hurt until after because of the adrenaline. Getting beat up is no big deal, dont be afraid of this, it is nothing compared to the bad feelings you get when letting someone punk you. Trust me, I know. Start training martial arts, pref muay thai. After a couple of sparring sesh you will be humbled and more confident.

            Practice and exposure to those situations. Small steps first. Fake it until you make it. It will be hard, the easy way is to stay in the confort zone, it's only hard because you are getting out of it. Start training muay thai and your confidence will increase. After a couple of months and some sparring sesh you will see your own power and know that most normies dont even know basic selfdefence. Tap into your primal human, it's all there. The bloodthirst, the aggression, the caveman inside you, just tap into him and bring him out. Getting your ass kicked is way better than the bad feelings of letting someone punk you and make you a b***h. Getting beat up is not even that bad, adrenaline rush is nice feeling and supress pain. You make it worse in your head/imagination than it is in reality.

          I'm not sure I understand your argument.
          Are you saying that it doesn't work because pleasure is what reinforces behavior?
          If so then there are many counter-examples.
          Dopamine fasting is basically the same thing as asceticism. And it does work. Just because fasting in a cave in the desert doesn't mean some people don't do it. Sure, you might argue that they are actually enjoying the activity itself. But there is a difference between indulging in pleasures that don't require any kind of willpower or suffering, and pleasure with a longer time horizon that comes from being able to overcome suffering and immediate pleasure and the self esteem that comes along with it.
          And it does make you tougher. That's the reason the military trains in shitty conditions, so they can endure the even shittier conditions of actual war and don't completely break down.
          So in everyday life, what that might mean is that if you lose your job or your wife leaves you or something, I bet you will not suffer as much as if you were addicted to 10 different things in your everyday life.

      I noticed I was consooming online content way less impulsively when I went on a 7 day caffeine break two weeks ago. I think caffeine is a pretty major trigger in people's adhd symptoms or whatever; we're generally just overstimulated all the time now. I still want fricking adderall.

    Yesterday I jerk offr like 3 times and today I did it again.
    I use it as a cope to deal with depression and loneliness.
    I think I will have to get an alarm clock and put my smartphone away in the garage when I'm finished with work.
    I had removed the wifi card from my laptop and put it in again because I thought I could control myself better, but I will take it out again as obviously nothing changed.
    I did only have a single cup of coffee though, and I made it myself using the filter from the coffee maker.

        I've been taking it twice per week for 3 years now. Same dose (0,5 g for F-Phenibut, 1,5 g for Phenibut HCl) every time. No compulsive redosing, no potency reduction, no hangovers. Once or twice per year I cut it out for 2-4 weeks with no biggie. Pheni is harmless if taken twice per week and no one can tell me otherwise.
