    I remember doubling peoples money. That was so much fun. Scammed probably 100s of people back in the day.
    Of course it was a scam or be scammed world. I've been tricked into the wildy, locked in the room with aggressive random event mobs. Even had my own gp stolen by a doubler. "Friends" I let on my account stealing items. Man runescape was the wild west back then. Everybody played dirty.

    Your axe or pickaxe head used to fly off and other people would pick it up just to sell it back to you. Fun times. Might play again. Is the game any good?

        Wouldn't be surprised if the game is no longer the same. Ever since GE came about and destroyed the falador garden trade, there was a definite shift in the game towards removing player freedom in favor for what jagex approves

      That was me, I stole from my friends. One time I changed the password to an account my friend was sharing with me and he came and called me out on it the next day. Another time a friend crafted 10k yew longbows and crafted the runes to alch them all and I stole them as he was finishing to get my own account’s mage up

    do literally the same thing I did before
    I havent changed my routine in over a decade and I get regularly accused of being a roidtroony
    stop eating 25g of protein per day and try to do more than 2 sets per week per muscle group and you just might see some actual gains

    Do the Starting Strength quest for the early str level boost, otherwise you’ll be hitting 1’s for a while. Buy plenty of protein potions on the GE, and keep grinding gold to buy more

    With my current knowledge and understanding of what works for me and what doesn't (how many days, which lifts, which splits, diets, etc), I'm guessing I would get back the gains that took me 4-6 years in only 2-3. It took me YEARS to find what works for me, but I assume this is normal for many people.

    Toughest part would be gaining the weight again. I went from 55kg (120lbs) to current 95kg (around 200lbs). 185cm/6'1, around 15-17% BF. A forever-natty.
