This is the only claim he's made that I don't buy, coffee has such a miniscule amount of magnesium that you would have to drink 120 cups to get the rda of magnesium which isn't enough for regularly lifting fully grown men and 120 cups is 4800 mg of caffine.

Eat 500g of quark, 10 eggs and 2 litres of milk. You're already over 2500kcal. Add in a few regular meals and you're good to go.

Yeah. The most interesting thing about removing seed oils was finding out that seed oils are used to make emulsifiers, and emulsifiers are in a LOT of foods.
The other really interesting thing was how much better I felt from giving up avocadoes. They're supposed to be a superfood but the minute I stopped eating them it felt like my heart no longer labored after a meal.
The realization I had was that "healthy" vs "unhealthy" food isn't so much a matter of being weak or gluttonous as it is a matter of simply how garbage the food supply is now. 60 years ago, meat was meat, ice cream was ice cream, and so on,
now there's a flood of cheap garbage versions of everything on the market full of emulsifiers and whatever garbage to increase shelf life.
