Zero weight loss this month

Next time you want to mock fat people, know that some of us just can't lose weight now matter what we do. I guarantee I am more active than 80 % of you, even at 300 lbs.

>cardio for 1 1/2 hours a day (averaging 10,000 steps)
>full body weight lift 3 days a week.
>eating 3,000 calories a day, 2MAD.
>scale showed 0 lbs of weight loss this month.

Yes my calories are high, but I know people who are 160 lbs who eat as much as me. Weight loss is a myth, CICO is a lie, and not all fat people are lazy, many of us do more than you, but we are cursed, god hates us, but I choose to believe that god doesn't exist instead.

    You are eating more than you think, and you are burning less than you think. Just drop your calories more and you'll go down. I don't even bother with counting calories, I just log my weight every day and try to eat more food/less food/the same amount of food depending on if I'm on track to hit my goal.

    Youre either lying to us and yourself or simply not eating as little or working as much as you think. Try actually logging the calories for everything and try eating more nutrient dense foods. Also what are you doing for cardio? Is it just walking?

    I'm one of them bro, but I do a lot more exercise than you. 10,000 steps in 1.5 hours is like a single 5k walk, that's around 250-400 kcal burned depending on your height/weight.
    Try walking 6k daily, AND cycling 10 miles, AND running 3x a week AND lifting 3-4 times a week.

    Gonna be real with you. I started at 322.

    I do 12000 minimum steps daily.

    I also use an exercise bike for 60 minutes minimum daily.

    I lift periodically throughout the week, though I'll admit I'm a bit lax on that front.

    And my calorie intake has not exceeded 1500 since I started.

    I've lost plenty.

    You are eating too much.
