          never had that happen with zinc, have had it with lysine but that might be because the tablets were kinda large and dry.

    Cut in half and take it every day or don't and take every other day. 50mg a day will mess with your copper levels. And don't take it on an empty stomach because it'll give you a bellyache

      Don't take 50mg everyday forever. It's long term safe up to 40mg. If you can't add a few copper rich foods to your diet, do what says

      Important to note that those numbers are for elemental zinc. So if you're taking 50mg zinc citrate for example that's only 34% actual zinc, so 50x0.34=17mg of actual zinc. Also I've been taking that dose of zinc for over a year at this point every morning on an empty stomach and it doesn't make me sick at all.

        They are literally all over the place man. Honestly if you drove past one that made you wonder if it was a rub and tug, it almost definitely was. Go in, give the girl a 40-60 dollar tip when she comes in the room, and she'll basically guide the rest of the experience. I went to one once cause I was just curious what rhe hell it was like, that is literally 5 minutes from my house.     Recently started taking taking vitamin D with a bunch of other shit (B12, 90% fish oil, multivitamin, methylfolate) and it appears like it has started to frick with my libido in some weird manner.

    I used to take zinc shortly after I started taking it I got the sweats all the time
    I would sweat sitting in my 63 degree room.
    figured out it was the zinc after about a month of profusely sweating all the time.
