first of all you are fat, there's no denying this, if you were skinny your muscles would show matter how skinny and sad they were, so stop eating.
Then you train, pushups, squats, pull ups, running, dick sucking, i dont care. you just gotta do something everyday.
Most important of all, do not have a cheat day, do not skip training, and do it for like 6 months.
Even if you get no results from this (you will trust me) you will at the very least stop being a lazy homosexual (you are trust me).

You probably don't need to change your diet except maybe eating slightly less.
Just lift dude. Get familiar with different exercises for different muscle groups. Experiment. Once you find out what exercises you like, train your muscles using weights until you can no longer lift the weights. Do this 3 times per session at least twice a week for each muscle group for a 2-5 years, and you will have a solid physique.
