23 year old fat loser here, I need to fix my life before it's too late. However, I'm too stupid and short attention spanned to know what to do, please tell me a full body workout routine I can do 2-3 weeks as a beginner without risk of injuring myself.

If you're that fricking fat you're at risk of injury no matter what you do. You could roll over in your sleep and choke to death. Just keep sitting on your worthless fat ass but don't eat while you're doing it.

This isn't helpful advice, are you a pussy too like the first poster that is afraid of competition too? I never knew you gymbros would be so insecure and weak minded.

low carb and walking. Thread over

And when will the time come you dumb fat frick? Before or after your heart gives up? Just keep being you. Whenever I'm out doing cardio and I hear an ambulance siren I know it's for someone like you and it keeps me motivated.

        >So you're telling me all gymbros starve themselves 24/7?
If you are fatty and want to loose weight, you need to fix your diet first, because it is much easier to eat X kcal less than burning those X kcal by exercise.

Go check weight loss general (

        [...]

), read the pasta, calculcate your total Total Daily Energe Expenditure, and adjust how much you eat. Exercise is recommended too, but fixing what you eat is more important.

        >So you're telling me all gymbros starve themselves 24/7?
No, i'm telling that the only thing (YOU) need to do to stop being a fat frick is eat less
if you can't understand something simple as "eat less", just give up, you really can't do it. good luck on your next life

If you start walking now like the others recommend before you start this routine you'll have a better time. With delay comes abnegation. Do something, make a start; be hard on yourself.

Look up on the orange alien website PPL routine. There's one old megapost that outlines what it is and why its one of the best. I been following it for around two years, tweaking it to my liking. Started going back to gym 5-6 days a week doin this, three months in and I look the best I ever have. Still have a lot of fat to lose, but I lost 15 lbs in less than a month after a breakup cuz I was a fat frick.
I'm 24, 25 soon. 23 is the perfect age to get your shit together, but learn to really be serious about it

    Read the sticky anon.
Go to frog fitness and figure out your tdee on little to no exercise setting.
Count your calories honestly and eat less than that using my fitness pal.
Just count calories period really, even if you eat over your goal, it's good to know how much sugar and calories you intake either way so you know what you're up against.
Weightloss should take priority, if you're real heavy, just start out going on 1-3 mile walks.

    Onegai muscle anon.
