$10-$15, around half the price of a container of whey protein
Why do you want to be fat anon, what do you think you have to gain from eating double cheeseburgers?
>what do you think you have to gain from eating double cheeseburgers?
>cheap
>accessible
>good protein ratio
>I'm done being a skinny nigglet
Just ate 2 of those. I'm gonna get big no matter what it takes.
>I'm done being a skinny nigglet
oh nevermind, go on anon
weight i'm very skinny.
I'm 5'11" during HS i weighted 125 my FB coached convinced me to bulk up, BIGGEST SINGLE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i WOULD MURDER millions if it magically made me skinny again.
the grass is not greener on the other side. if your not happy with your body image, get Therapy not bulk.
No, this is the ultimate bulking food. Costco pizza slices are $2 per slice and the line is quick even when long.
>700 cal for 40 grams
surely there are better ways...
How these american homosexuals have such hard time gaining mass. Fricking $2 for 710 kcal holy shit.
>americans
>mass
would. i'd lure her in with a costco slice.
Dang I wonder what she squats
I bet she can squat the whole bar, maybe more
Her SBD must be great.
Holy esl
It's not an simple prospect to gain mass while eating healthy whole foods in the US. It's doable but requires money that many don't have and discipline that most don't have. Your options are limited when toxic slop is a no-go. Restaurants are totally out unless you live somewhere like a major city with many options. If someone knows of a meal prep service with organic food and no seed oils as an option I'm all ears. I've searched and haven't found shit.
>If someone knows of a meal prep service with organic food and no seed oils as an option I'm all ears. I've searched and haven't found shit.
its called going to the grocery store you fricking nerd lmfao
Why did both of you gays get triggered and post irrelevant comments? I do just fine, I eat stuff like dried fruit and pumpkin seeds during the day then cook up about 2lbs of meat and 1 lb of starch at night after my workout. Most people here won't do this or can't afford it, thus they eat slop or stay skinny. Guess you're mad because you're one of those people.
Kek you're the one that said while foods are expensive in the US when they're clearly not.
Good quality food is expensive for normies. That's why they eat factory farmed meat that's fed söy oil and chicken shit. They b***hed and complained endlessly about $6/dozen eggs. Bet that was you, right? Beans also aren't quality food. I wouldn't eat them regularly.
Beans are a quality food that every army on the planet has marched on for the last 10k years and you can automatically reject the opinion of people that say otherwise.
Bean good
Post bad
>Can't bulk on beans, rice, and chicken breast
>Fat Mexicans everywhere living on exactly that diet
I'm sorry what?
Mexicans that drown their shit in Sneed oils bro
Every person I've ever known puts mustard on a burger lmao. I don't live in the south either
>Every person I've ever known
Your four friends in your bumfrick town aren't a sufficient sample size.
Cope for your shit taste harder
They guzzle seed oil and beer like crazy.
Also, a lot of Mexicans have tiny native genetics so have short, stocky dwarf bodies.
you need a costco membership which poorgays don't have
It's the other way around
Americans have a hard time losing mass when they only eat shit like that
700 calories for one slice? Wtf?
Yeah seems bullshit.
https://www.nutritionix.com/food/costco-food-court-pepperoni-pizza-slice
300 cal / 13g protein.
Still a good option probably if you're bulking or just hungry. Costco pizza is delicious.
Probably cheapest place to eat out. For $10, cost of a fast food meal anywhere, you could get a glizzy, drink , slice of pizza and ice cream.
When I was obese I used to eat at least 6 slices of this in one sitting and that wasn't all I ate in a day
damn, son. i've never tried it and i've heard it's good. seems like a good price too if it's good
Cheese more calories than pepperoni???
3880 / 650 = 5.96? They cut the pizza in to 6 slices?
Nerd emoji.
i think cheese pizza usually has more cheese than ones with toppings
Maybe I'm a schizo above I swear it was 8 but in that case I'd eat like 4 slices in a sitting
8 is a standard cut. You cut it in half, then the other way, and then diagonally each way. You get 8 slices.
So the math doesn't add up and 700 for one slice seems very high.
>41 g protein in a pizza slice
some bullshit there
absolutely no way its even possible
Have you ever had warehouse pizza from a Costco or Sams Club? Theres a veritable fricking pound of cheese on every piece
i just Yahoo!'d it.
one slice is 9.5 oz and contains 41g of protein
9.5 oz worth of chicken breast has 83 g of protein
so it's bs
Is it really 700 calories? I've had it a couple of times and it's huge but it's pretty bready.
that 'bread' is probably drenched in oil
How fricking big are these slices?
There's no way that's accurate.
buy an ad.
Take off the buns and you are looking at <10g carbs 560 calories 50 grams protein at like 4 dollars in the app. Not bad
>450 calories
>Take off buns
>560 calories
homie what?
280 with no buns (took off ketchup too) for each double cheeseburger, 560 for 2
why would you eat a burger when you can just eat beef. its literally the only part that matters.
do you think adding some bread and sugar makes it better?
>do you think adding some bread and sugar makes it better?
I ain't no liver king moron that only eat meat. Beef protein, bread carbs, cheese fat and some healthy green picles.
>he thinks the bread makes it a burger
Mustard and pickles are the bare minimum for a burger. A real burger has onions, tomatoes, and cheese as well. Ketchup and lettuce are optional.
If you don't meet the minimum you're eating a ground beef sandwich. Still an acceptable meal in hard times, but no burger.
oh my god enough with you overly argumentative homosexuals can you just fricking have a nice day already
>Mustard
>On a burger
Fricking disgusting.
Are we talking mustard or yellow paint?
Nobody serves mustard on burgers except for shitty southern states. It's godawful and it covers up the taste of the meat far more than the pickles could.
McDonalds Hot Mustard + McDouble is my favorite cheat meal.
t. South of the Mason Dixon
I can't eat my steak while driving 90 miles an hour and texting dude.
I've been doing these burger bowls for meal prep - I'm bulking a bit so I don't mind the carbs but since bread is empty calories compared to the superior macros and micronutrient profile of russet potatoes I do the bowl approach instead of a sandwich. I pretty much fry up a pound of beef in my cast iron, cut the potatoes into fries and roast them in the oven, then a make a cheese sauce plus some burger sauce and I also do some grilled onions and jalepenos. Its great shit, plus when i cut in a few months Ill just take out the cheese and potatoes to cut the fat and carbs and it'll work just as well. I think the macro breakdown is something like 117.6 g fat/ 134.86 g protein/ 105.5 g carbs with potatoes and cheese sauce and around 51.2 g fat/ 83.36 g protein/negligible g carbs if you remove those two things.
DIY burgers are fast and good.
>take a piece of ground beef
>make it into a ball
>put it in hot pan
>squish it with spatula
>while the meat is cooking cut your toppings: red onion, pickles, a bun
>assemble
and you call this a "Do It Yourself burger"?
kind of has a nice ring to it, thanks anon
A friend of mine made burgers for us a while back. It literally took 15 minutes to make 3 burgers. It tasted just fine. It's not a 3 star michellin restaurant burger, but atleast nobody else spits in it other than you.
What the hell you guys, why is this such a novel, almost, revolutionary idea to you? Holy hell, growing up in the US we had cookouts all the time where someone would make burgers, or my dad would make them from time to time for dinner, my mom still does. Yeesh. it's not a big deal.
the bun is just a beef handle. it was always about the beef and cheese
There's a buy two get 1 for $1 deal.
Cost me $9 to get 4 of them plus a large soda.
Why not just make your own burgers? Its cheaper than any fast food, easy to make, and you can make them exactly how you like them.
lmao if I had 4 kids and no job I would cook something like that pic for sure
What the frick is this, like an ounce or 2 of beef, Thai pepper, cheese and pick el?
Oh those aren't peppers it is high fructose corn syrup, tomato flavored for children (ketchup)
80/20 ground beef, real american cheese, bread n butter pickles, real ketchup, real mustard
I made 16 sliders all for myself, for like 20¢.
why are those cut so tiny for the bread
LMAO at least use some proper burguer bread my dude.
toasted sour dough is so much better
Bro, get a pack of kings Hawaiian rolls and slice 'em in half then put your meat slab on them. Cut and serve.
>high fructose corn syrup sauce
>sugar bread
>sugar pickles
Nasty
>Eat a cheeseburger
>Dies
Lmfao why are yuros so fricking inferior to big stronk Americans?
I am American. I make my burgers with jalapeños, cheese, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, regular pickles and keto bread (because I'm cutting)
Notice no fricking sugar slop garbage in there
>Tomatoes
>Pickles
No sugar slop lol
>American cheese
Lmfao.
Pickles have 0 sugar, less than 1 gram for a couple slices (probably whole pickles too) if you eat real pickles, not those bread and butter candy pickles
Tomatoes have pretty close to 0 sugar, 1 slice is also less than 1 g
You have mental illness if you think ketchup sugar and pickles pickled with sugar are comparable with a fruit that is mostly water and pickles that are mostly water and salt
American cheese doesn't have much sugar either
You forget burger land doesn't sell quark
>You forget burger land doesn't sell quark
wait what the frick, why not?
Idk. America I generally see lots of low fat cottage cheese and nonfat Greek yogurt which is close to regular quark but not in the same league as magerquark or whatever.
Everyone's ripping on you but those lool pretty good anon, I'd definitely try one if you offered me one.
Which you would, because I'm a big guy, intimidating, yet charismatic enough to win you over.
>exactly how you like them.
is that pic exactly you how like them..?
Extremely based, straight to the point, no bullshit.
How do you store the burger anon?
Baking them is an odd choice. You don't get the nice maillard reaction on the surface you'd get from pan frying/grilling, plus they're just cooking in their own grease so the exterior will probably be soggy. There's also something unappetizing about the way the meat is shaped. I hope you seasoned and mixed the meat beforehand. All of these criticisms established, this still looks better than 90% of the shit food that IST posts
its set it and forget it method, takes an hour, I drain the grease out as it cooks multiple times, so when its done, its very juicy, but not greasy. then when the meat is fully cooked, put the toppings on and pop it back in for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese and then slice n serve.
they used to be $1 but now its like $2.75 or some bullshit
3.69 where I'm at
Get Tuna instead
>98 Cal
>23g of protein
>and murcury poisoning
>Eat a can of tuna bro
>Eat food that tastes like shit bro
I'll just make my own hamburgers, thanks. Even the down syndrome cooks on YouTube can do it.
You want the mcdouble, 2 for $3.50. It's the same but 1 slice of cheese instead of 2
>2 for 3.50
Not in my naldos app, all I see deals for are mcdoubles
I get mcdoubles no bun pretty often. It's 2 for 3.50 damn near everywhere
Meant to say double cheeseburger
frick your spyware app and your shit food, peasant
Hamburger patties at the butcher for grass fed & finished beef per patty is about the same or less. Hell, or just go to your grocery store, even that's better than this shit.
>goyslop is good for fitness
Nothing like an unnamed horror of preservatives and onions to build health
>3000 kcal bulk
>eat 6 double cheeseburgers
>25x6 = 150g protein
>zoinks! Missed my protein goal.
Repeat this math with your bulking kcal and weight
you dont need more than 150
I get 1g/lb
That's what I want
definitely a great bulking food as i'll be hungrier when i'm done with it than when i started. this is what the skellys don't understand about food
This is now the dinner thread. Imagine not cooking a delicious meal for your family...
The naan was ok but I should have buttered it. This was better than the $75 meal we had at a restaurant last night.
the problem with mcd is its high fat and carbs.
you want to be either on a high carb low fat diet or high fat low carb diet. you have to figure out which works better for you.
mcd having both is problematic. eat it without the buns maybe
Frick off shill
Your 'food' tastes like literal garbage
Randy come back we need you in Sunnyvale.
>>25g protein
>Just realized this might be the best bulking food ever.
>How much does this cost in US?
One dollar on special here in Florida.
I ate 2 a day as a serviceable weight loss diet for a month.
I live in the philippines at the moment. You can get a triple cheeseburger here for 3.25 usd.
yea but that's what you make an hour there
>fat content
also
>trans fats
anything with trans in its name is is an abomination made by this wretched society and should be destroyed on sight
trans fats are also naturally occurring
conjugated linoleic acid is an example
Lies, that are all lies fed by the israelites
it's just a prefix anon, you can't let it control you
Pic related is best bulk food
>all these low iqs
nobody mentioned the fricking triple cheeseburger? that has even better macros and is cheaper?
excuse me homies are you moronic, you mention the double cheeseburger of the same company, and completely overlook the much better option?
you're just as guilty by not mentioning the superior double quarter pounder instead
double quarter pounder tastes like unironic shit though
im going to counter you again with the very good tasting big tasty with even better macros, it just isnt very cheap
wtf? qp/dqp is the best thing on the menu. best option in all of fast food, really
have you ever even had a big tasty? you dont have it in america so i hope you're in england because you're missing out on BY FAR the best menu item in mcdonalds history, its not even close
we had a "big n tasty" when I was a teenager, which was just a quarter pounder w/lettuce/tomato and mayo/ketchup instead of ketchup/mustard
we do still have that if you ask for those modifications. it's good, but the OG is better
>when I was a teenager
well that wasn't very clear. like 15-20 years ago we had that
buddy the sauce they use on this thing, with the emmental cheese? and the bun is better too. you have no idea man, come to london just for this burger man ill house you
alright, I'm on my way
We have frozen burger patties here made from chuck roll, 27g protein/315kcal.
4x 150g, 9usd. Turn out just right, great sear, juicy as frick, salt and peppered already.
No need for condiments.
>1 tub of low fat quark, 1 kg
>1.80 euros
>100 grams of protein, 600 kcal
I eat 2 and backfill the rest. As a bonus I don't have a carb crash at work
Are you even on payroll?
I need a double cheeseburger and hold the lettuce
coming from sun no seeds on the bun
I be up in this drive-thru, order for two
I got a craving for a number 9 like my shoe
I need some chicken over here in this hizzle
for rizzle my nizzle, extra salt on the grizzle
A Dr. Pepper, my brother
another for your mother
double-double supersize
and don't forget the fries
Don't be fronting sun
Black person
Memorized that when I was like 10
>best bulking food ever.
that would be protein powder
