It's not an simple prospect to gain mass while eating healthy whole foods in the US. It's doable but requires money that many don't have and discipline that most don't have. Your options are limited when toxic slop is a no-go. Restaurants are totally out unless you live somewhere like a major city with many options. If someone knows of a meal prep service with organic food and no seed oils as an option I'm all ears. I've searched and haven't found shit.

Why did both of you gays get triggered and post irrelevant comments? I do just fine, I eat stuff like dried fruit and pumpkin seeds during the day then cook up about 2lbs of meat and 1 lb of starch at night after my workout. Most people here won't do this or can't afford it, thus they eat slop or stay skinny. Guess you're mad because you're one of those people.

8 is a standard cut. You cut it in half, then the other way, and then diagonally each way. You get 8 slices.

So the math doesn't add up and 700 for one slice seems very high.

Mustard and pickles are the bare minimum for a burger. A real burger has onions, tomatoes, and cheese as well. Ketchup and lettuce are optional.
If you don't meet the minimum you're eating a ground beef sandwich. Still an acceptable meal in hard times, but no burger.

I've been doing these burger bowls for meal prep - I'm bulking a bit so I don't mind the carbs but since bread is empty calories compared to the superior macros and micronutrient profile of russet potatoes I do the bowl approach instead of a sandwich. I pretty much fry up a pound of beef in my cast iron, cut the potatoes into fries and roast them in the oven, then a make a cheese sauce plus some burger sauce and I also do some grilled onions and jalepenos. Its great shit, plus when i cut in a few months Ill just take out the cheese and potatoes to cut the fat and carbs and it'll work just as well. I think the macro breakdown is something like 117.6 g fat/ 134.86 g protein/ 105.5 g carbs with potatoes and cheese sauce and around 51.2 g fat/ 83.36 g protein/negligible g carbs if you remove those two things.

Pickles have 0 sugar, less than 1 gram for a couple slices (probably whole pickles too) if you eat real pickles, not those bread and butter candy pickles
Tomatoes have pretty close to 0 sugar, 1 slice is also less than 1 g
You have mental illness if you think ketchup sugar and pickles pickled with sugar are comparable with a fruit that is mostly water and pickles that are mostly water and salt

Baking them is an odd choice. You don't get the nice maillard reaction on the surface you'd get from pan frying/grilling, plus they're just cooking in their own grease so the exterior will probably be soggy. There's also something unappetizing about the way the meat is shaped. I hope you seasoned and mixed the meat beforehand. All of these criticisms established, this still looks better than 90% of the shit food that IST posts

its set it and forget it method, takes an hour, I drain the grease out as it cooks multiple times, so when its done, its very juicy, but not greasy. then when the meat is fully cooked, put the toppings on and pop it back in for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese and then slice n serve.

we had a "big n tasty" when I was a teenager, which was just a quarter pounder w/lettuce/tomato and mayo/ketchup instead of ketchup/mustard

we do still have that if you ask for those modifications. it's good, but the OG is better

We have frozen burger patties here made from chuck roll, 27g protein/315kcal.

4x 150g, 9usd. Turn out just right, great sear, juicy as frick, salt and peppered already.
    No need for condiments.

    >100 grams of protein, 600 kcal
I eat 2 and backfill the rest. As a bonus I don't have a carb crash at work
