Nah I'm in my 20s and had plenty of success before. It just made me bitter and hateful because the more time you spend around them the more you realize every woman is moronic and disgusting. Honestly the biggest part of looksmaxing is getting lean, everything else adds about 10% to that at most. I used to sit around 18-20% because I liked being strong in the gym, put in the effort to get down to 10-15% and its like a switch was flipped.
Not like I'm slaying chad levels like some of my friends but I certainly do and have done well enough to get major satisfaction out of this. 3x cardio/week (2 zone2x45mins, 1 interval session)
Using a rowing machine, bicycle, stationary bicycle or swimming are all just as good as running. You can spice if up if desired.

Two full body days/week or some kind of split like push/pull (not PPL; quads+calves on push, Hammies on pull) or upper/lower for four days in the gym. Any more than two days per week with a compound heavy program and it's going to cut into your intensity/recovery. Especially if you're going to failure like you should be.
