1-3 years of consistent work with progressive overload.

That's awful, no one told me that it was that bad.

          >I don't know any other place where I can talk about this
you know that 1 month isn’t enough to see results. you know you need to be doing progressive overload for several years to see gains. if you didn’t know these things, then you could have made a thread asking concise questions without the pathetic coombait. but ofc that’s not why you come to this board. it isn’t to improve upon yourself, it’s to get whatever attention you can in an attempt to boost your self-esteem. it’s because of these misplaced priorities that you’re destined to fail and will never attain the body you want. please start with getting your head straight otherwise you’ll get nowhere

When I started doing exercises my butt significantly increased, but then I stopped getting gains.
          >you could have made a thread asking concise questions
          I did?
          >coombait
If you think that something is a coombait then it's your problem. I see people posting their bodies all the time

because you’re not doing progressive overload
            >I did?
            HELP WHAT DO
            >If you think that something is a coombait then it's your problem
alright well you can lie to me about your intentions but at least don’t be lying to yourself

This happens. But it just means you’ve reached a local optimal muscle volume for the program you’re running and protein you’re getting. Keep increasing the weight, adding sets, throw in de loads. It takes a Loooong time. Don’t start worrying about results until you’ve at least done 6 months consistently.

I do see the difference. 1 month is very short and you’ve made good progress for a month. Keep going.

Just keep incrementing the weight. Definitely do hip thrusts 2x a week if you aren’t already. Don’t be afraid to take a long time with this. Think about 6 months to one year, rather than 1 month.
