Your calories are just too low. There are consequences to everything. If you want to lose the weight really fast then you are gonna be tired and cold. As soon as you normalize the calories tk what you need to maintain, you wont be cold and tired.

Ok I see. I'm in iceland so doing anything outside toughens you up (its not THAT cold here tho). I also do cold tubs. I don't know how hot it is where you are but generally I think people even in hot countries overdress. If you are doing that, try not to. Get used to air flowing on your skin.
(I say this because when I travel I see fx people in south europe in winter jackets on a nice warm evening whereas I'm sweating my ass off in a t-shirt.
