    Your calories are just too low. There are consequences to everything. If you want to lose the weight really fast then you are gonna be tired and cold. As soon as you normalize the calories tk what you need to maintain, you wont be cold and tired.

    Lots of fat bithes that are always cold and tired. You wouldn't think it, but a lot of fat people are always cold, especially women. It has more to do with general whimpiness than just being fat.

    I generally dislike people who are always complaining of being cold. They are outing themselves as being weak.

        Exercise, Eat enough (nutritious), Sleep enough.
        Also, expose yourself to cold more, being outside in chilly weather builds tolerance simple as.

          i guess i'll start eating more then because i don't have any issues doing everything else. it's hot all the time where i live though.

          You can get iron from sources other than meat
          Also eating vitamin C, however you get it assists your body in absorbing iron
          I've heard it said that there is nothing more beneficial one can do after eating a steak, than eating an orange

            Ok I see. I'm in iceland so doing anything outside toughens you up (its not THAT cold here tho). I also do cold tubs. I don't know how hot it is where you are but generally I think people even in hot countries overdress. If you are doing that, try not to. Get used to air flowing on your skin.
            (I say this because when I travel I see fx people in south europe in winter jackets on a nice warm evening whereas I'm sweating my ass off in a t-shirt.
            As others have said this simply could be a nutrition problem, but I say its also a matter of conditioning.

    Could be low on iron
    Bare in mind if you drink a lot of tea and or coffee through out the day in can inhibit your bodies ability to absorb iron effectively
    Or bad circulation from sitting a lot
