        It really takes about 1.5 - 2 years of great eating & lifting habits to notice a serious difference between you and the average prole. Until then, I wouldn’t think about it much… No need for PEDs ever, but I’d start to consider if you’re getting enough protein on a daily basis (including non-training days,) lifting enough/ heavy enough, etc…

        If you’ve never done boxing before, you should do it, but keep lifting too.
