        Parkay and other brands have a vegetable oil based imitation butter spray in a bottle that's 0 calories. In reality it's probably 1-3 calories a squirt but negligible.

    Always this.
    Can't really eat anything other than this that is nutritious and has decent protein. If it isn't this then it'd be just empty calories so I stick with eggs.

    I only have breakfast after I workout first thing in the morning. Currently on a cut so the rest of my meals are much more sparse, usually just meat and a salad, breakfast is quite literally half my daily calories lmao

    6 eggs turned into french scrambled eggs, and two beef patties. Will easily last me until dinner where I more beef patties and a steak. I run and lift on alternate days, and drink half a liter of milk ~an hour before for a quick energy boost.
    Have lost 50kg over the last 2 years eating like this, no longer pre-diabetic, blood pressure and cholesterol is all in order. It just werks.

    I've only been eating breakfast on the weekend during my cut. I'll usually have a slice or two of low carb bread, 1 egg with 200-300g egg whites, some onions, 50-100g non fat cottage cheese, 4 pieces turkey sausage or 2 pieces lean ham slices. Might start eating breakfast regularly on my bulk, but probably not
