      This anon is right, that hump is from raised cortisol levels. It's also symptom of Cushing syndrome which is caused by high cortisol

      So many moronic homosexuals replying to this... you can't spot reduce fat. You got fricked genetically where that's where your body puts excess fat. Lose bodyfat% and neck will go down. You can also do neck exercises, and those will make your neck look bigger and so the fat there seems smaller in comparison, but it won't get rid of it. General lifting, especially compounds, will work out your neck generally, so you shouldn't need to do any specific neck workout.

      Tldr, lose weight homosexual.
