>drink coffee
>feel energetic the first 2 or 3 days at most
>have to drink more and more coffee
>eventually have to drink coffee just to feel "normal" and not tired
If you dont experience some slight anxiety and restlessness after consuming caffeine, you are just too tolerant to it and you need to "reset" your brain receptors

>Be totally awesome fit-chad

Why is the average IST OP such a weak whiny homosexual?
have to drink coffee just to feel "normal" and not tired
Because energetic becomes the new norm my dude.
What you are saying is that you don't feel the same "boost" as when you started drinking. You can't accelerate forever. Keep drinking the same does and stop chasing the highs
Limit caffeine intake and practice willpower for when you don't really need it. Better yet, find alternatives I'd the caffeine isn't cutting it.
>B-vitamins
>a short walk in sunshine
>a few light bumps of crack cocaine
It's really that shrimple
If you don't snort at least 2 fat lines of coke before lifting, you're not lifting at all
I'm a meth(ed) man.
>a few light bumps of crack cocaine
I'm not familiar with this preworkout, where can I get some?
look at cancer rates and caffiene consumption. it's a seed oil and people gobble it down hot for 40 years and expect nothing to happen?
people have been drinking coffee daily for much, much longer than the relatively recent 20th century cancer crisis
daily coffee consumption reduces death by all causes, including cancer https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31055709/
The trick with caffine is staying at the minimum effective dosage. It's pretty much the same with melatonin or anything that regulates wakefulness one direction or the other except for like b-vitamins. For me that's around 200 mg/day which is about 10 oz coffee or a cup and maybe 1.5 tsp of oolong tea.
Relegating caffeine consumption to only preworkout in the past was really good for me and I never had any issues skipping caffeine or feeling normal otherwise. I started consuming caffeine before work though because of the mental boost, so now I'm addicted though.
>don't drink coffee for a month
>no changes
>do drink coffee for a month
>no changes
So how many hours of sleep & meditation do you get?
That's a cool coffee mug cool
Good tea is better in every way to good coffee.
I'm 15 years in and absolutely fricked
My sister gave me a big bag of decaf. The headaches were really bad around day 3 but I'm fine now. I always feel tired regardless of caffeine.
I'm going to be free of caffeine dammit. I just ran out of coffee. I'll treat myself to good coffee shop stuff the next two days cuz I have shit to do. But Sunday onward it's Advil and chill. I will be free.
