Yes but it's less than you think.
I'm tired of this stupid meme. No one find it funny. All your doing is gatekeeping the knowledge
>your
your'e*
I dont respect english enough to care
You clearly care and respect enoough by typing in English, asking in English, browsing an english speaking forum
shut the frick up incel go have sex I didnt ask
fine i'll give u a serious answer
muscles can hold water depending on things
unless you're roiding just eat 200g protein and 12 eggs daily
You could swap the 12 eggs for flax seed. But then you would need some more protein.
Btw did you know dogs can't look up?
Yes but it's more than you think.
Yes but it's more likely than you think.
Yes but than it's more or less likely you think.
Yes but it thinks more than you
Yes but it's likely more than you think not think less you think.
Thanks for not helping me at all i guess.
ok go frick yourself
if you're roiding, the answer is yes, calories put energy straight into muscle
if you're natty, the body needs extra protein and eggs to convince it
What happens if I break down the muscles without enough protein
it gets rebuilt eventually but not as big as it could've been rebuilt as enough protein
So if someone wanted to lose muscle, then reduce protein but continue working out at the same rate.
there's also muscle memory and idk how you're gonna work around that without basically starving to death
If someone wanted to lose muscle they shouldn't lift at all. Just eat less protein, more carbs, and moderate intensity cardio for long periods being the only exercise they do. Muscle memory doesn't matter unless you start lifting again to get your gains back faster, or I guess you'd still be stronger than you look after the muscle is lost because your body is adapted to recruiting more muscle fibers, but that shouldn't matter because you should stop lifting entirely if you wish to lose muscle.
All lurking females who grew big muscles and want them gone, this is for you.
I thought I read it was only like 300 calories a day for muscle repair and general tissue building.
12 Budweisers a day
PUTA
GET THAT SKOTISH wienerSUCKA!
I was hoping for better answers here. In my experience the you need calories and eat big to get big thing is a meme. Unless maybe you’re a skelly who doesn’t like to eat. But even then you’ll probably just end up skinny fat. Timing your food and getting the right things at the right time- ie fuel for your workout, protein before sleep for recovery, etc.- is more important than just indiscriminately eating a ton of calories. Also don’t believe the myth you can eat anything you want on steroids and it will all turn into muscle. The only steroid that is remotely like that is tren.
post body or gtfo tourist
I'm so in love with her bros, is there anywhere where women look like this?
