The key is variety bro. If you only eat boiled eggs for a week you are going to despise everything about them, you need to alternate between eating scrambled, boiled, sunny side up, poached. You can also just crack some eggs over your rice or meat or whatever whenever you feel like it
I have a 100% stainless steel egg cooker. I cook my eggs soft boiled and eat them with aged cheddar. Doesn't get old for me.
But there's a lot of ways to cook eggs which are good. Scrambled with 10g butter per large egg is good. Fried with runny yolk is good. Poached is good if it is on toast (unhealthy).
Trying to stop frying my eggs in butter. Is olive oil a good replacement? I tried just cooking the eggs in a non-stick pan without any added fats and it's disgusting.
>Trying to stop frying my eggs in butter
Why? Please don't tell me you're worried about the saturated fats or cholesterol in the butter you're using to fricking fry eggs in.
My best friend are 3 a day and he told me he got high cholesterol and had to quit all along so I stopped aswell for safety. He is vegetarian now or something because he does orthodox lent

I was under the impression that the link between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol has been largely proven false.
Whether the link exists or not doesn't matter because "high cholesterol" isn't a health concern unless you have metabolic dysfunction (pre-diabetes or diabetes). And, even then, eating eggs would be much healthier than any slop you would have to eat to frick up your body so badly your blood sugar regulation is destroyed and you have constant inflammation.

Well thats my understanding as well, eggs are literally the complete building blocks of life sans spark.

Fricking moronic
i’ve been making french omelettes and cutting them into nice lil squares to place on english muffin with cottage cheese and ketchup. it is quite good and nutritious!!
Just scramble them and add a bit of warer, fresh pepper, nutmeg and salt. Don't listen to the angloids recommending anything else, they are too stupid to make scrambled egg like Ramsay.
Imagine bringing up Gordon Ramsay and not knowing he adds creme fraiche to his scrambled eggs. Also, imagine thinking you should be "frying" scrambled eggs. God, you're moronic.
I hate eggs too. That's why I drink them raw. 5 at the time. After a while you don't even taste them. You can chug them down in 2 sec. I know it's less bioavailable but who cares.
You could pasteurise them, they would still be a liquid but more bioavailable especially since the avidin in the egg whites will get deactivated. Just make a weeks worth at a time and put them in the fridge
Make soft boiled eggs, or pasteurise some and use them in smoothies with some whey isolate and flavouring use milk as well. The base of my diet is egg smoothies, I usually make chocolate peanut butter flavour or strawberry banana ones, they have a mild egg smell if you used soft boiled eggs but no egg taste at all really, generally I put three whole eggs per smoothie but sometimes I’ll use ten egg yolks instead, the egg yolk ones taste nicer and also smell less eggy

Wait mine is plastic. I’m I fricked?
Egg shells are permeable, so yes a plastic egg cooker will turn you into a troony.
I also only use spring water to cook my eggs in my stainless steel cooker because water makes freaking frogs gay.
How fricking stupid do you have to be to buy this uni-tasker instead of just using a pan?
Probably about the same level of stupid as a person who thinks you can boil eggs in a pan, you do that in a pot dumb ass, pans are for frying
It's one of the best purchases I've ever made. Boiling eggs in a pot sucks. Steaming them in a pot also sucks.
link? or the exact name of what you have so i can buy
scramble them, properly. It's the best way to eat eggs.
If you are cooking the yolk you are destroying the nutrients.
No it doesn't
You stupid homosexual wienersucker
Kys
>soijack poster
>terminally moronic
checks out
You are a fricking troony.
put the eggs in a blender with a scoop of powder milk and drink
I can eat 12 fried eggs daily, no challenge
I only do 2 a day. What are your goals with 6 eggs a day
Eggs taste like crap. Anyone saying they like eggs is lying
>t.
that makes it the perfect cut food
You are gay
Most people don't wanna eat pizza pops and lunchables you goyslop garburating amerimutt.
Finally someone said what we're all thinking
>bad at cracking an egg and/or can't flip a yolk cope
I love eggs from my head down to my legs
Trying to stop frying my eggs in butter. Is olive oil a good replacement? I tried just cooking the eggs in a non-stick pan without any added fats and it's disgusting.
pig fat, fat from ground beef, etc.

Add butter, shredded cheese, hot sauce
>how do i start loving eggs? im aiming to eat at least 6 a day but i cant stand the smell of this
I drink them, it is over in 5 seconds.

No thanks I'll definitely stick with adding butter and cream to my scrambled eggs instead of fricking water lmao.
Butter will kill you
It won't
butter will make you stronger
you're supposed to fry it in butter and adding cream will ruin it. Typical angloid, never talk about food again.

>(optional) add milk/cream/honey
>blend
>chug
That’s it. It’s simple.

Scrambled eggs mixed with salsa. It’s cheap, quick, and easy.
omelette with cheese and ham cooked well
I eat 15 raw eggs a day. 2 cups of whole milk with 3 raw eggs, 5 times a day.
Eat more eggs.
Picrel 10 eggs.
