Okay. Does it depend on physical activity or ethnic background though?

Chicken eggs have been consumed by pretty much all humans across the globe for thousands of years, so that shouldn't be a concern.
Can't say anything about the physical activity, but eggs are designed to be very nourishing. If you're totally inactive they can certainly make you fat. Don't worry about cholesterol (ever).

What this unhinged individual is saying is that "cholesterol bad" is an invention by the sugar industry, backed by bad/paid-off researchers.

Carbs are bullshit. Bro science. Fitness tradition. Rooted in nothing but speculation. They do frick all for your ability to move weight. Also, if you need sugar, you will make your own. The less you eat carbs, the better you will be able to regulate your sugar levels automatically. Carbs are a scam and terrible for you

High cholesterol is a symptom not a cause, and eggs don't cause high cholesterol. Eat a dozen or more eggs every day.

If you are a normal human without any medical conditions having a backlash on your HDL levels, you can eat as many eggs as you like, because our body has a way to get rid of it trough the liver and posterior excretion - urination.

So if you have normal levels of HDL - functioning liver and kidney, you should'nt worry about cholesterol intake.

I eat around 4-6 eggs everyday and my blood work shows that i dont have abnormal levels of cholesterol.

When I was a lad I ate four dozen eggs in the morning to help me get large, and now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs. So I'm roughly the size of a barge.
