You two are pathetic. I used to work 2 full time jobs and I still made time to take care of my health even if it was just for 20 minutes each day. If you weren't playing vidya, shitposting on forums, and jacking off to Chinese cartoons all day you'd have at least that much time

        >20 minutes a day
Lmao. At best you're doing one exercise in 20 minutes. Not even worth driving to the gym

Meaning I often had more time than that. Great reading comprehension bro

Nevermind the fact something like squats, an absolute necessity for fitness, is taxing, especially for a physical job

30 chinups 30 dips and a 10 minute rope jumping session or 100 kb cleans and 10 Turkish getups or 21-15-9 consisting of handstand push-ups, ring rows, and jump squats, etc

I got a full time wfh job and I'm also going to college. Still plenty of time to exercise and go on a date with my gf
You just have shit time management

I work 9hrs a day, currently with two hrs of commute time. I have a wife and two kids, we have family time every day after dinner. I get 7hrs of sleep every night and lift for an hour 5 days a week. I still have time to maintain my property, work on my trucks, go for walks, even post here once in a while.
I'm not special but I can still get all of this done, week after week. How much time are people wasting on inane shit?

Work between 80 and 90 hours a week running a business and have enough time to lift. I don't watch TV, netflix, youtube or spend time with any other entertainment during the work week. I socialize and go out when I'm done with work on Saturday and have Sunday off.

No one here will look like those influencers whose jobs are literally to spend 8 hours a day in a gym every day.

So then you don't have enough free time. If you can't even build a presentable physique then it's not enough time

7 hours is perfect for me. I wake up feeling rested and ready for the day, usually a few minutes before my alarm even goes off.
Thinking everyone needs precisely the same amount of sleep is moronic.

It's frustrating to read these posts, but also will feel good when these people are out on their ass because people wise up to the fact they're carrying so much dead weight.

They will never be on their ass. Software jobs are the most important jobs in society. It’s why they get paid so much to seemingly do nothing all day.
