    My arms are quite swole from pull ups (not chin ups though), and my shoulders are lacking.
    What do you guys do? I’ve been working on lateral raises (very difficult) and also doing Callahan presses.

    i did and i managed 1pl8 deadlift for the first time. also doing 100lbs on lat pulldowns. two prs (meager, yes) in one day is not bad for a beginning dyel

      Sick, congrats on actually going to the gym.
      I’m very scared of real (bar) weights, I really need to get over it.
      But today I went and put in a solid hour+ on many different machines.
      I can tell I’ll be sore in the morning, and I’m pretty stoked to see what I look like in a couple of months.
      My lat pulldown is 160 and I’ve never really worked out aside from push ups.
      Do I have moron strength?

      >worked out 26 times since the start of the year (spent most of the time cutting and losing 60lbs)
      >4 of those 26 times were this week
      >eating 150+g of protein per day
      >gonna keep it up next week

        (I am not bragging about only working out 26 times since the beginning of the year. I know that’s bullshit and not even once a week. However, I am ecstatic that I’ve gone four times this week alone, and continue to keep going. Things are picking up)
