Hello?

Hello IST in a bit of a predicament.

I am quite fat therefore my leg muscles are quite strong just naturally I guess. Well, I've been going to the gym for ~3 months now and some of the leg machines max weight are my regular sets/reps. Some I even have to add 10-15kg plates because the maximum is just too low.

My predicament is, do I go to a new gym (my work is in a city, tons of cheaper, probably better gyms around), or stay at the small one in my town? The one in my town is 5 min away from me and I can adapt my schedule. And if I were to go in the city I'd have to get changed from a suit and have to shower before going on the train (I take the train, sorry). Or, should I just keep training at rhe max weight to get my endurance up or something. I'm well aware that you can train for hypertrophy/endurance/muscle, and I want to work for actual muscle not endurance.

Sorry if this seems like.common sense or whatever, I don't really have any friends that go on the gym, especially fat ones.

        Why do you use machines? I mean i've used them but only on deload days where i feel like my back still feels stiff.

          Well, for excersizes like Leg extensions and Seated calf raises I find it's easiest for me to do them on the machines. And machines such as the Hip abductor trains both legs at once instead of 1 at a time on a Cable. Is using machines bad?

            Just buy resistance bands and add them to the machine.

          No my friend they have changed it. Black pieces now go first because black people are better.

          The queen will also become the piece you have to kill to win the game, she won't lose any of her moving ability though so it's kinda tough. Whenever any pawn (incels) are in a square next to her the pieces have to be lied flat and the player will say "i simp", or she can will use "harassment" at which point that piece is removed from the board. Bishops and rooks she will tolerate, her one weakness is the chad knights who will brutally hurt her and yet she'll keep coming back for more. ok i'm just gonna stop now.

      Go to another gym once and get your max stats and then go to your old gym because it's easier to build routine in your new lifestyle which is the most important part when it is convenient. Whatever you lose in strength you will be able to gain again
