I'm 5'10", 207. Are my shoulders rounded because of fat? I've got my weight to lose but I don't consider my shoulders as holding much fat. Are there certain lifts I can do to get a more square shape?

Increase it to 1.5-2 pl8's and your shoulders will get bigger. Also do facepulls for posterior and medial delts. Throw in lateral raises if you decide you need more for medial delts.

I went hiking with a friend a couple months ago and she asked me how I could do it with a 40lb pack. I told her that compared to where I was 18 months ago (50lb heavier), even with my pack i'm still carrying less weight than I was. Feels good.
strengthen back, if chest muscles are stronger than back muscles it pulls everything forward. do chest and front delt stretches like door frame and broomstick stretches. and yea you could lose some weight and get some actual muscle on your shoulders which would help.
