Idk, but I'm still at 13.5 inch arms and I've been lifting for 8 years now (since 2015). Depends on your genetics. Whats your weight, height and arm size before you started lifting?

        1. Slow down your cadence to remove momentum during the positive
        2. Make the negative especially slow to make sure the negative is harder
        3. Fix your form
        4. Don't go all the way into the stretched position. Stop short of it so that there is always tension.
        5. You don't necessarily have to go to the fully contracted position.

To make things easier for you drag curls, preacher curls, machine curls, and concentration curls are easy to keep good form with. During concentration curls though, do not rest your elbow on the top of your leg. Rest your arm on your thigh, the elbow should be near the bottom of the thigh. It is the same principle between the preacher curl and concentration curl (Clint Walker called the preacher bench a "concentration curl bench").

You know someone is moronic when they think they can diagnose a problem and solve it just from reading your arm size, you have no idea what these guys' issue is, or if there even is an issue, if you're short your arm size limit is lower

There used to be an old bodybuilding rule of thumb: For every inch on your arm you have to put on 10 lbs of LBM. When you first start out training you might gain the first inch somewhere between 6-12 months and probably almost another year for another inch.

Never make the mistake of praising a certain arm size without specifying it has to be lean, it gives the fatties that lurk IST a self esteem boost. 16 inch biceps lean is gonna be a long term goal and close to max natural potential for average height people, as you get taller or shorter the number goes up and down , but we're always talking LEAN size

How big are your arms right now?
If you're a complete beginner and you are thinking in terms of months then your goals are already off, its gonna take years. If you're already at like 14-15 inches then you can think of months
