well thats a good one, but essentially it does not matter whic muscle works at what load because work is work, energy is energy
- effective bodyweight (what you are moving)
- effective height (how much you move it average)
if its the same amount of work it does not matter if you do that with your eyevalls, with your dick or as an overhead deadlift

I think its safe to say any heavy compound lift will burn 0.5-1.25 calories per rep. Many people claim a pullup burns 1 calorie. Bodyweight squats are probably closer to 0.5 calorie per rep, pushups are less - probably 0.3 calories per rep.
