    500 kcal / 0,6 kcal = 833

    so the answer is:

                - effective bodyweight (what you are moving)
                - effective height (how much you move it average)

                if its the same amount of work it does not matter if you do that with your eyevalls, with your dick or as an overhead deadlift

      it's pretty obvious though that doing cardio eats through calories very fast
      if you're already a strong rooner you can blast through 1k calories very very easily within less than an hour, biking is still better for less trained people

    I think its safe to say any heavy compound lift will burn 0.5-1.25 calories per rep. Many people claim a pullup burns 1 calorie. Bodyweight squats are probably closer to 0.5 calorie per rep, pushups are less - probably 0.3 calories per rep.
