Cross country running, start with walking or light jogging if needed, and making your posterior chain as strong as possible, especially the calves and hamstrings

        >Ask me how I know
I once jokingly asked a girl for feet pics, she demanded hand pics in return.

get rid of your basedboy insoles and gay bright color shoes and start wearing minimalist shoes and go barefoot. your body (feet) will naturally start to fix itself over time, but depending on how old you are can vary the time to fix it.

go hiking in zero-cushion shoes, work your way up to light jogging, then full on trail-running.

Source: this is what I did and it worked.

Minimalist shoes and forefoot striking. The journey is yours to make, this is just the starting point. Figure out what works best for you and don't take anyone's advice too seriously.

I read an article where someone claimed minimalist shoes CREATED flat feet over several years of daily use. This has got me worried tbh

Whoever wrote that is moronic. I switched to minimalist work boots 3 years back. I work in a skilled trade and spend 10 hours a day on my feet on concrete, metal, wood, dirt, rocks, sand, and uneven ground of all material types. My feet and calves are fricking jacked and in better shape than ever. I used to have extreme neuropathy in my toes and feet and that all but disappeared after the first year. I now have extremely healthy arches and my toes have spread back out.

Daily foot workouts and consciously walking on the outside of your feet. Put the balls of your feet on a block or a stair and raise and lower your body in sets of 10 until you feel the burn in your arches. I still have somewhat flat feet, but it's gotten significantly better.

If you wear minimalist shoes with wide toe box, thin and flexible soles, and 0 drop, then you are working your feet out all day long instead of for a few minutes. Your approach will help, but you will get a fraction of the result you would get from proper footwear.
