How to reverse the effects of keto?

Been keto for a year or so and in the last month I've got pressure on my chest and sharp pains in my heart. I think my arteries have clogged from all the cholesterol and red meat. Any way to reverse this? Sometimes feels like a heart attack is under way

    2. keto diet is a diet that 80% of the calories come from fat, most people dont realize this and bastardize the term keto, so no you dont do ketogenic diet and because of your low carb high protein diet you spike your insulin through the roof and feel like shit, try actual keto diet and increase your salt intake (sodium and potassium)

    If this isn't a troll post you should seriously see a doctor/cardiologist. I guarantee if you're receiving regular chest pains you have an imminent heart attack approaching quickly. You will likely need to get on medication ASAP to get it under control. Over time you may be able to adjust your diet and exercise to get off the meds.

    apple cider vinegar (diluted) shots 1-2x/day.

    Yep. Welcome to me, last year.

    You can reverse it. You're likely suffering an electrolyte imbalance. I was so bad, I drank 7l or so water in one day, and almost fainted after suffering water poisoning. That day, I had 170/100 blood pressure (180 is ER). Any time I would intake something (even oranges, I remember once) my blood pressure would shoot and I would feel anxious and like a heart attack was underway. My blood pressure still goes up occassionally, depending on what I eat, but nothing like then, so I'm not sure if you can 100% reverse it, but I would get it with every meal and now maybe once a week, and never at those levels, maybe 140/80 which is mild (and I'm sure it's related to something else, maybe effects from keto, maybe general anxiety, dunno)

    Nevertheless, you are me, and you can get better. Step 1 is to stop doing that "diet". It kills, and is pushed by international organisations for that reason, I am 100% sure. They want depopulation and will push any trend that they can masquerade as great and progressive, but in reality will kill you.

    Step 2, you are low on carbs and probably have an electrolyte imbalance. Eat carbs, you will feel better almost immediately. And eat good carbs, not those fatty takeout carbs, they're poisonous. Buy potatoes, boil them tomorrow and eat. You will feel like a legend.

    Step 3 (maybe most importantly), cut down on salt. Eat without salt for a week. Food will taste bland, but eat for the sake of intake, not for taste. Then return to this board to say how you feel (I rarely visit nowadays, entered today by chance)

    might just be your gallbladder about to blow up from all that fat. it shares a nerve with the heart so its common to mix them up. But, yeah, there aren't now and have never been long lived populations that eat mostly fat. Well studied hunter gathers eat 65 percent potatoes (tubers) and 15 percent of that is just honey. They eat lean game and organs as well as berries. They never get western diseases. They also move around with light effort for four hours of the day and slightly more strenuous effort one hour of the day. Fit will hate this next part though, they have half the testosterone of your average amerifat. It means they don't get prostate cancer, so I guess its all up to you. Good luck.
