        Bench 102kg for 10 reps
        Squat 140kg for 10 reps
        Deadlift 160kg for 10 reps
        Pull-Up 18 kg for 10 reps
        Dunno about the rest, you also have to be lean.

              im confused, do i need that high lifts to be ottermode or is he just pulling my leg? the lifts do not look too impossible but only if you were to do them for 5 reps.

                He's saying you need to do 1/2/3/4 for sets of 10. You don't even need to do half of that to look ottermode literally lose weight and lift properly for like six months. Some people look le otter mode just because they did physical activity as teens and aren't fat

                GVS isn't that strong and he was much smaller 2 years ago, he used to be a twink, pic rel.
                You have to blast isolation exercises and high reps for at least 2 years non stop and lifting base of at least 5 years to look like he does now.

            They may even be little bit too much but you can't look big as a natty.
            If you're a Lanklet, I would advice you to follow GVS advice since he is also 183cm and doesn't looks too bad for a natty lanklet.
