I think creatine accelerated my premature graying. I am in my early 20s and I am scared. Should I stop creatine? Any tips from older anons how to accept it?

It's not creatine, it's genetics.
>I think creatine accelerated
imagine how stupid you have to be to conclude this
everyone point and laugh
you also probably started eating more rice and meat when you got into lifting. and taking whey protein. did those accelerate your premature graying too?
Holy shit you are right i did incresse my meat consumption.
I guess ill try a vegan diet thanks anon
Considering your age it may be copper deficiency
this
place some wires inside a jar of water and store it inside the fridge
drink a little every day
>copper deficiency
I got my first gray hairs when I gave myself a copper deficiency by over supplementing zinc. My skin also would not tan at all.
Restoring my copper levels got rid of half of the gray hairs, but the rest have remained since then.
How did you find out u got copper deficiency
?
wtf Creatine just flew over my house!
Bro, you’re a man, imagine caring about this. Lmao.
sounds more like you have premature gaying lol, homosexual!
Are you fully vaccinated?
Been using creatine for 15+ years I'm in my 30s and have no greys. I have a full head of thick brown hair just like my 101 year old great grandfather, my 80 year old grandfather and my 60 year old father.
Moron your genes are dogshit
>t. Pablo Hirnandez Sancho
you forgot to mention you're 5'5" and your great grandfather only lived to 101 because he was 5'2"
I'm 6ft1, my father is 5ft10, my grandfather is 6ft and my great grandfather was 5ft10 but naturally he's shorter now having lived for 101 years.
I have thick long brown hair like this guy and Jesus Christ.
>brown hair
it’s ogre
Try taking magnesium to reverse or slow it. It’s good for you regardless and most people are deficient
You’re an idiot some people gray/white early
I l started seeing bone white hairs when I was 19
Gray hair are fricking beautiful, anon. Why are you complaining?
>grey hair
You should rejoice, that means you won't go bald (which is a death sentence).
pretty sure that's not how this works
Cope, greylet
Your hair is turning gray because you are deficient in copper anon, take chelated copper
>copper deficiency
does OP smoke meth?
Any advice on dosing?
I never understood why anons are afraid of grey hairs. Of course going bald is scary, but women love grey haired handsome men
Grey hair's great, just ask anyone who's bald.
Key word being handsome.
I started going bald at 16, and started going gray at 23. if only one had happened, I would chose going gray in a heartbeat every time
