      I got my first gray hairs when I gave myself a copper deficiency by over supplementing zinc. My skin also would not tan at all.

      Restoring my copper levels got rid of half of the gray hairs, but the rest have remained since then.

    Been using creatine for 15+ years I'm in my 30s and have no greys. I have a full head of thick brown hair just like my 101 year old great grandfather, my 80 year old grandfather and my 60 year old father.

        I'm 6ft1, my father is 5ft10, my grandfather is 6ft and my great grandfather was 5ft10 but naturally he's shorter now having lived for 101 years.

      I started going bald at 16, and started going gray at 23. if only one had happened, I would chose going gray in a heartbeat every time
