>unsatisfied with my meals
>shitting is painful and gassy
>put on 15 lbs with the same calorie content, mostly fat

pros
>literally never get cold, polar bear mode
>want to frick more? (but too lazy to do it)
>fall asleep easier, unless room is warm

I don't think this diet is for people who exercise at all. Fats appear very easy to overdo and make you feel like shit very quickly.

    yep. obesity exploded aglfter "healthy" fats became a thing. when people avoided fat like devil and used little sugar they were slimmest. might be shit metric but look at photos and movies from past. in 50s and 60s they were 20% body fat pudgies. they were lean in great depression era and during lowfat era. historically linoleic acid was ~2% of calories. sat fat causes problem only when consumed in higjer amounts. pufa is not needed to balance it out. all it does is it decreases cholesterol and cardiovascular risk if it replaces sat fat but it has high cost lile accelerated ageing and so on... eat lean it is only way to be satisfied, lean and not neurotically counting everything you eat.

    I feel best (and intuitively eat) at 60C20P20F. On a 3000 calorie diet that's about 67g of fat, from beef/milk/cheese/butter. More than that and I start feeling slow.
    As other anons said, keep your PUFA intake low.

    My calorie intake is easily 40-50% fats and has been for 10+ years.
    If I gain, lose or maintain is a matter of amount. I have been lean, fat, back again to lean, currently getting fat because I actually started lifting again and numbers go brrr.
    Not a follower of any particular diet fad, I just like butter, milk and fatty meats. Only thing I avoid is grains, apart from whole grain bread it doesn't agree with my digestion. Potatoes and rice etc. is all good.

    There is no reason to eat more fat in a meal than it takes to fully contract the gallbladder, which is 15-20g at the most.

    Also I'm by "healthy fats" I assume you refer to MUFA and PUFA
