For some, waking up angry is a result of blood sugar drops or spikes after during sleep. This can be easily remedied by eating a filling, healthy breakfast. Skipping breakfast altogether can perpetuate the cycle of blood sugar dips and spikes, as can grabbing the closest sugary, nutrient-light object you can find.

So pic rel is 178lbs at 5'10. You are supposedly the same size (if not slightly bigger since just -3lbs mogs 2 inch of height difference). Is it weird? Not necessarily "weird" but it is extremely unlikely and I don't believe you assuming you dont use steroids. Simple as.
Havent benched or squated in maybe 8 years. I just lift light now all db no barbell. When I lifted 3plate bench 6plate db and squat but I was only 175ish
I was shredded as frick though but strength training is low rep high rest can never train like that always have to do something and also always loved just trying to get the muscle as pumped as possible as Ive always liked to train like that.

That isnt that bad if your 6 pack and delt amd chest striations. If you want to get stronger 1. Always fuel your workout with good 200g 300g of carbs in one or two meals prior to lifting. When I was strongest id be taking in 500g 1000gs of rice and stuff lol. 2. Lift low rep and always recover before starting new set. Thats basically it. You can also use a smith machine to go up in weight faster to get used to how the heavier load feels etc then do it free and its much easier as you already know how the stress feels from the load etc. Most important is taking in enough cals. If youre lean you will need way more than a fatty.
As in I let the drugs do the work and just do light to mid weight higher rep workouts now and get better results with less chance of injury. Im not a powerlifter basically so dont care about numbers.
What should my strength be at 5’7? My highest ever bench orm was 87.5kg, highest ohp set was 52.5kg for three sets of five reps, highest leg press was 180kg for three sets of ten reps, highest t bar row was 60kg for three sets of eight reps
