Top right: current shoes. WHITIN Men's Wide Casual Barefoot Sneakers | Zero Drop Sole | Minimalist Style on Amazon. Don't have calipers, but where foot sits isn't the full thickness of outside height of sole (about an inch). My guess is about half an inch thick sole + insole, maybe a little more.
Bottom right: Previous shoes, worn out Xero Prios. Those have a 5.5 mm sole and a removable 3mm insole, or about 1/3 of an inch total. They are a little thinner than the Whitins.

I’m 6’2” but I wear 3 inch lifts and when asked about my height I always reply 6’1”, if I’m feeling extra devious I say 6 flat or even 5’11” sometimes.
